...in order to make the name of the caller and the assigned picture to show on my external screen. I changed my icons to WM6 and that messed it up!
So, please, if somebody has those files, I will be eternally greatful!
browsres.dll
outres.dll
shellres.dll
syncres.dll
tapres.dll
I have Qtek 8500, with the latest ROM from HTC installed.
Thank you in advance!
Iris
Delete outres.dll from \windows and reboot the phone. You'll now see the contact pictures displayed again in the outer display. Happy?

That didn't work either...
EDIT: For some strange reason, I had to reboot my PC
and then it allowed me to rename the file!
Thank you very much!!!!!
Now I am happy!
(And, by the way, I hope that the phrase "Happy?" you used was not ironic..)
Cheers!

First, the only reason who start a new topic was to draw attention to whoever has the specified file because i thought someone holder will want to give it.
Second, since 2010 i have not asked for anything, and i only read without bothering, for various phones I had.
Mods, delete it if you want, thanks.

Use the one suggested by Xpirt or try Dropbox or Box.com (both free).
In http://d-h.st..upload file is limited to 512 mb...one of the backup file requires 755.59 mb(system ext4.win)....

Files uploaded through the website (by pressing the upload button) have a 300 MB cap. In other words, each file you upload through the website must be 300 MB or less?????
Never used online cloud storage so dn't knw anything

1. Signup at Dropbox.com (Free plan has 2.5GB at the start which can be increased for free with a few simple tasks that they tell such as tweeting their site etc).
2. Download their Desktop Software > Install it > Open it > Put your Signup EMail and Password.
3. Choose a location for the Dropbox Sync folder (C or D Drive).
4. After that, Let it Sync.
5. Then copy your ROM Files to the Dropbox folder in C or D Drive, It will upload it to the cloud storage automatically.
6. After sync is complete > Right click the file in your C or D Drive and click copy public link > Post it here.
The 300 MB Limit is when you upload the file through web browser instead of their dedicated application.
Hope it helps

Hi all.
I've accidentally deleted the folder LgCalendarProvider, and now the calendar doesn't work.
Could anyone help me, by sending me a link with that folder?
I've H85010C, twrp, rooted and unlocked bootloader.
Thanks in advance.
I'm sorry but you can't just copy/paste the folder. I've done the same mistake and the only way to get back a functional calendar was to reinstall/update with LGUP and a KDZ file

Yes you can, here is it View attachment Archive.7z and it is just copy paste and set permission if you are rooted, I've added a text file with further instructions. It should work after a reboot
