if you try to flash your Atom wtih Atom Life ROM, I can almost guarantee you will brick your Atom.

You might brick your device if you do so. ROM is build specifically for each device.

Wp7 for atom cook?
It's absolutely impossible. Check the minimum requirment of the WP7 OS.
Moreover, all the drivers have to be rewritten from the nearly very beginning. Do you think there's still someone who don't mind to spend a lot of time to do that?
