Please help how to recover network problem with o2 neo i accidantly dropped it from my hand.
the problem is the power of antenna is not as good as it was before.
not able to catch range when in building need to move out if someone calls.
Try an upgrade of your Radio to 2.69.21 and report if it helped you!

Hi,pls help me, I've upgraded my siemens sx56 from PPC2002 to xda special edition 1.2, so I can unlock my phone. Well check if you are registered to the right network. that might be the problem. If it doesnt solve the problem, then i think you will have to give more details to what the problem is like!!!! :wink:
got this phone for almost a week. great phone except my signal strength over my cell network is very weak. i kept on getting a drop call. need help over this problem. any solutions???? thanks guys
Did you have this problem with your provider previously on your old phone in the same area?
Two options i can think of...
1) Contact your provider
2) Upgrade your radio
tested 3 cell provider but have the same problem. i think ill try to upgrade my my radio firmware. where can i download an asean version radio firmware?? thanks 4 d reply sir cymru.

my friend's Xperia active has got signal lost problem. I mean for example when I am working with the Xperia, signal goes and then after about 10 seconds it comes back again. I check the problem with the different sim cards from different operators but still the problem has not solved. any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance
Oh please help me out with Htc one x+ bought from dubai and using it in Pakistan.. wifi works when reset or factory reset without inserting sim card and it disconnects and wipes off the wifi upon entering the sim card.. please help me out..similar thread was made in December ,i hope some one will help me out..this guy had the similar problem.. check the thread.

bought mine in singapore, same problems
alot of people are complaining, it is a software/firmware bug in their devices also affecting some other models
but mine stops working randomly with or without simcard for 2-3 hours or a complete day
refuses to connect to wifi with full signal but still able to show all nearby networks with signal strength
on my phone no VOIP software works, skype, viber, vox etc...
when i put the phone to my ear it shuts off wifi, no matter what settings on energy saver i use
VOIP only works when i use speaker mode
i send bug reports to HTC but everytime they send me an excuse that my phone should be resetted
ive resetted my phone so many times and didnt solve nothing

Also, since you bought it in another country, I guess you do not have a warranty - you might give a sense based custom ROM a try to see ...
My set is on the latest firmware and its warranty period is still left..for that I have to visit dubai to get claim its warranty.I don't wanna get in this hassle of going and claiming the warranty..isn't there any other way out like installation of custom ROM or anything? someone please come up with something

This is well known issue with some "restricted" countries
This is well known and has nothing to do with your device, it is a country/Area restriction. If wifi works without sim card then install the following posted:

Moved to Q&A since this is a question. Thread closed since question refers to a well known problem, plus OP already found another thread describing the same issue, so this is a duplicate thread.
I dropped my neo v and now it doesn't finds signal using the sim card..
I tried different sim cards.. some gets one or two point in signal but later that too vanishes.. Wifi works fine
I Know how to dismantle this phone, please help me in finding the replacement signal component for this phone... I couldn't locate one on google... this phone is important to me it is a gift from my bro.. and I broke it
guys any one help me with this.. please...
