My dopod 838 pro bricked, because someone 'flashed' it. I dont even know what firmware was it in before.

Without knowing what the stock rom was, you're finished before you start....
You haven't got Hard SPL installed, you don't know what your stock rom was, we can't help....
You can try reading Pof's brick/unbrick guide but no guarantees...
Use search to find.
I belive my dopod 838pro doesnt have KITL which is more bad news for me..
have you tried to Hard Reset the device?
Also, can you get into bootloader?

but when I check windows version, I get 5.0 version?
Im not sure if is device CID unlocked.

Just got the Core_2.0n installed on my unlocked K-Jam and began loading this ext ROM. the installation kicks up in a different language. Will the final install show up in English?

I try to go to bootloader page by hold on camera button and then push reset (is this correct?) but it not go to bootloader page, it still go to page above. Anyone can help me to fix my phone. Thank you.

The battery only 12hours about. I need upgrade the ROM. HP has one new rom for upgrade, But only for free machines. My ipaq it's Movistar operator.

Hi everyone, (sorry for my English, I hope you will understand me anyway)
I've bought a HTC MOZART from Austria. The phone is unlocked but there's a T-Mobile screen when I switch on the phone.
The phone has only two languages: German and English. I wanted to have French so I installed a rom. I had download this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=984239 and I follow the DearMond's post (post number 9).
I've first install the 1.09 rom, and then install the 1.30.
But when I start to install the 1.30, the phone stoped the installation at 10% and it restart.
My problem is that the phone switch on in bootloader mode, and even when I restart it. It's still on bootloader mode. I've try other rom but no one works. The others stop at 1%.
