From what I've tried so far Opera mini.
Opera Mobile Build1126 QVGA, i kid you not, at this time the best there is. Waiting for Netfront 3.5 and Skyfire.

Opera Mini is probably the easiest to use that i have tried out. Does anyone know if i signed up for Skyfire for my shadow, will i have to sign up again and wait again since i use a touch dual?
I use opera 9.51beta1 and I think is awesome.
Almost everything works great, pages looks EXACTLY like on PC, even with very complicated AJAX interface.
Bank accounts works very good too - I can make money transfers that must be confirmed with sms-code
and the most powerful tool - downloads from rapidshare with no problems

Without a doubt: Opera mobile 9.5 beta1. Opera mini is good, but only for device who can't handle Opera mobile9.5 beta 1.

so, i deleted the opera 9.7 folder for more space and installed opera 10 instead. now i kinda regret, and i really want to use 9.7! is there any way of getting the hd2 version of opera 9.7 back on my hd2 WITHOUT having to do a hard-reset?

if you upgrade to the newer Opera Mini 5 you can. If you're still using the 4.2 that needs to be used with a java client, I don't think you can.
Not sure if its just me but this latest version of Opera with customizable user agent and flash support built in is really quick on my wifi. It is considerably faster then my desktop and tab 10.1 loading webpages.
