This Mortscript app will configure the advanced properties of Microsoft Voice Command.

Will it work on your phone? probably.
Let me know of any suggestions.
It will back up your current settings and store them as the default. You can always just select restore and it will be reset to your defaults.
You will need to install Mortscript if you have not already.
Install the cab file.
Shortcut will be in your Start Menu, Programs folder.
To check for new version you can use AppToDate. AppToDate will download the newest version if you let it.

Left softkey for MS Voice Command
Here is the way to change the homekeys IN TFLO 3D.
Guys, here's a solution to your problem. Map the left softkey to Voice Command rather than having it activate the phone. The phone can be activated using the end call button which sits just below the left softkey. Better to use left softkey for something more useful. Here's how to do it:
In a registry editor, go to:
HKLM/Software/HTC/manila/
Here is:
HomeLSKAguments Change to "Voice"
HomeLSKPath, which is the left softkey (Standard = Phone) Change to "\Programs\Voice Command\VoiceCmd.exe"
And
HomeLSKText = Left softkey text Change to "Voice" or whatever text you wish to use.
Don't use the punctuation marks as above, no need. Just type the text as above.
Exit the registry editor app. & then soft reset & Voila! You can now activate MS Voice Command from your left softkey.

Is there any solution for that?

Yes, it's a really great device, however msvc does not work via bluetooth-headset! (yet)

Version 1.0, a cab for T-day
Here we have version 1.0 of MS Voice Command Advanced Config applet.
Voltage over at http://www.skinzone.org/ has worked with me on this v1.0 release. Now we have cab install and AppToDate notification.
Also this adds the windows directory as default msvc.exe, so that should be all of em?

please tell me where do i find this app on my omnia ? i installed it... to my device as well as my storage on the 1st time and 2nd time respectively . but its not there on the honeycomb menu or in the fil explorer but it says its installed succesfully .where is it
Look in:
Start/settings/Personal/Buttons to assign a button to start the program
Start/settings/Personal/Voice Command to set the options the way you want.

"I installed it twice and did a couple of soft resets before the Voice Command icon showed up in the menu.
Also if you are running MS3.5 it does not show up in that settings menu; you have to access it using the settings menu from the start button.
The only indication you have that it is running is the microphone icon on the taskbar.
My only complaints are that it won't control the video functions of media player"

MS Voice Command problems!
I have some problems with the Ms Voice Command:
I had installed two of the CABs of this program, which I had found here in one of the threads:
"Microsoft.Voice.Command.v1.6.21725.cab"
"MSVC-1.0 Control.cab" (for setting the "TFlo3d Phone key" to the "Voice Command Button").
I also set to "Set rate to 1 Slower" and "Increase the volume to 5"
The problems:
1. The play-back/response of the program is very fast and usually can't be understood.
2. When I'm Trying to call by saying a phone number (e.g. "Dial 04-818-2905"), the program doesn't understand my command numbers and repeats a wrong number. Someone said that it happens because I'm using maybe the US version and I have to use the UK one. Any one know how can I get a UK version?
3. I lost my hope and I'm trying to remove the program, but I'm getting an announcement that the program can't be fully uninstalled. Practically the program isn't removed. I made a few reboots, I made reinstall, I set the "TFlo3d Phone key" back to "phone" (it's still functioning as a "Voice Command Button").
Can someone help me with one or some of those problems? especially with removing the program, before I'll need no make a full-reset

I saw your other post, but don't have a lot of advice to offer.
If it was my tiny app that caused the problem I would want to know for sure. Totally.
I am fairly certain that my app should not cause any problems with uninstalling MSVC.
If I can find a fix for your uninstall key reassignment I will let you know and/or add it to the next update.

The DefaultTTSRate in HKCU \ Software \ Microsoft \ Speech \ Voices\DefaultTTSRate = 2 doesn't affect, although I tried other extreme values, like= 4, 8, 10, 0.1, 0.01, 0
I don't have the "VocRecPath" in HKLM \ Drivers \ BuiltIn \ WaveDev \ VocRecPath\dword = 00000002
I also don't have VITO\VoiceDialer\ in my \Program Files. Is it a program to be installed?

I have installed the cab on my HTC HD2. I dont understand all the settings, I just want to set the phone button to activate MVC. Dont use headst. Could you advise what settings i need to change please.

MSVC & dialer conflict
Howdy Keith.
I have a problem and I wonder if you can help.
I love to use MSVC.
I had it installed and working on my HD2 with the original rom, except for email announcing.
I upgraded to 1.48, had a problem with the dialer freezing, then flashed back to 1.43 rom.
Using the dialer would freeze the screen after making or ending a call.
I had to soft reset each time.
I uninstalled, reflashed and reinstalled all my apps one at a time, many times, isolating MSVC as the cause of the dialer conflict.
Going back to 1.43 and up to 1.61 did not solve the problem.
Am now using 1.61 rom with the same issue surfacing.
I tried MSVC builds 1.6; 20771, 21040, 21725 and even earlier blds like 1.6.0 without success.
Uninstalling MSVC did fix the dialer problem, but I have had to live without MSVC in order to get my phone working.
Any ideas?
You seem like you might know what the problem is.
I would love to get MSVC working again on my Leo.
