My HTC Mega often power off automaticaly and I cant soft reset it!!only by removing the battery I can power on the device!!!Please help me!!!!

I have the ATT galaxy s2 and I just finished the steps for the rooting with odin and I am rebooted into recovery mode and can't seem to figure out which button is used for ok.
the power key isn't working for the ok option

you should try reading throught the at&t section before you post, if you did you would see that its the home button and the power button (in 5.0.2.7)

Hello guys,
I have an Xperia active rooted with ICS (sony official) and it just died. I got a phone call and before I even answer it the phone crashed and was unresponsive. I removed the battery and from that point on it doesn't boot. I just get a vibration and then nothing. It needs to remove the batter again in order to shut down.
Some things that might help
1) No response or led light when plugged into PC or wall charger
2) Can get to Fastboot and Flashmode
3) I tried flashing again ICS and 2.3.4 but still nothing. The flash finishes OK but I the phone doesn't turn on.
4) When tried flashing with Wipe Data option enabled I always get the Abort Flashing error.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
P.S. I apologize for posting this twice. I just noticed that this would be a more appropriate section for this post.

My GT-I9100G Can't enter to download and also recovery mode.. Pls help me.. I try already many times .. If another problem is phone doesn't know power when connect to charger...
Most likely going to need to know what it is you did to turn your phone into a paperweight. All not lost yet though tell us what you did and we can tell you the way forward.
N.B this post should really be in Q&A and not in general. There are also many other threads about this. Have a quick search of the Q&A thread see if anything comes up the same. Maybe your answer lays in there.

hey guys just last night i got back into using my galaxy s2 again because lets just say i had a bad phone after an update (apple)
so i decided to go back and i was currently at that time using "wanam Rom 14.6" and was loving it.
Then the tragic moment happened,
since the battery was running out really quick and my signal was really bad i remember in my computer i had a modem for good signal here in New Zealand. So it was a tar file and i used ODIN 1.85 and clicked the phone button then brought in the tar, then made sure i was in download mode and checked everything. BOOM it failed :crying: leaving me in horror until today. I was like WHAT? i did this a year ago exactly and was perfectly fine (i was on resurrection remix) i have know idea why this occurred.
NOT ONLY WAS I UPSET, but i couldn't do anything?

and i have know idea what to do, whenever i turn my screen on 'firmware upgrade encountered an issue, please select recovery mode in kies and try again.

1) Chill out (and quit using stupid formatting). And if I see you bump a thread after 10 minutes on here again, you're not going to enjoy the consequences, trust me.
2) The phone is in 'forced download' mode.
3) You need to search for Hopper8's 'Odin troubleshooting' thread & go thru the stuff in that thread until you successfully flash a stock rom.

i just realised that i was not connected to the mother board on the computer, i was using a usb port in my kebyoard

I tried flashing the Zeus kernel using CWM, but I failed to realize the kernel was for the Verizon S3. When I restarted after flashing, it displayed the Samsung logo for a split second and then went to a black screen. The screen was on, but it only showed black. At this point I passed out, and when I woke up it was still on the black screen. I pulled the battery and tried to restart, and got the same black screen. Then I tried every way I know of (except using a jig) to get into download mode to no avail. Now when I turn it on, it vibrates once, flashes the logo, and then the screen shuts off and is useless. I think there's a solid chance I've ruined it this time, but if anybody has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Can you access to recovery?
You need to go to the correct forum and ask them this is not your phone its I9300 .

A guess based on identical posts is that you have blown the digitizer .

Its that hardware is very different advice on here may not apply to you
