Smart move from Toshiba! Hope the next one get better support than this one!
I won't buy from Toshiba again because they don't intend to support their products, their rather keep launching new ones. If we were waitting for them we don't even had flash!
We should all be refunded
It's rumored a lot about the Toshiba tablet. It would be the great table of Toshiba, it would be the direct competitor of Xoom... even it would be the best tablet with the most excellent display screen, ...wow, we already know a lot about the Japanese display screen, have to say,it's beautiful... sadly, few of us have experience with the Toshiba tablet.
Just now, noticed a tablet showed on a chinese site and it's been claimed to be the Toshiba tablet ...hmm... is it worth?
Erm, i tried to read ur post again and again bt still cant understand what u r trying to say. Here in this forum section, we are all using Toshiba tablet (folio 100). Did u mean folio 200 by any chance? If so, probably none of us have tried it yet.
it is the same tablet as the Folio 100. the AS stands for Asia version.
Yeah, have't have some experience of folio 100 yet, frankly , so I posted it here to see some advices when I found it. Quite not sure it's folio 100 or not, tried to talk to the manufacturer but have't got any response...
Hi,
A new toshiba tablet is to be launched soon:

I hope this time Toshiba do a better job than with Folio 100.
I think they won't miss Android Market support again ...
I picked up the newly released Archos 70b Internet Tablet recently. Archos announced this 'enhanced' version comes with many upgrades over the standard 70 model including Honeycomb. While it does have the better screen and more RAM its stuck on Android 2.2.1???
Was this a mistake by Archos or should this have the later software as advertised?
Anyone else got one yet?
Archos 70b Internet Tablet - Honeycomb?
If you head over to Forums.Archosfans.com and look at A70 section, you will find quite a lot of info and speculation about the new A70b - but basically expect honeycomb 'anyday'
So i decided to buy a tablet for my grandma, i've found one that peeked my interest and it's somewhat of an ipad mini crossed with a nexus 7. ( http://netxia.cn/thread-8568-1-1.html , you can get them on taobao, i have yet to find a site about these in english )
I like the chipset it's sporting and the other features are great, no bt is a kick in the teeth but hey, who cares, there's wifi and ftp.
Right, so my main concern is - will this have languages other than asian ones? I certainly hope so, so my question is whether or not it's possible to do that and if so is it a common practice among asian manifacturers?
