I'm travelling to NYC in a few weeks and am really interested in buying this phone. The cheapest way I found is ordering it from Clove or Handtec and have it sent to a Fedex office for me to pick it up (it will be impossible to receive it at my place).
The only inconvenient I have is that I will be here for 11 days, and in case i order it 3 or 4 days before leaving i don't know if I will receive it on time, as I'm not familiar with US customs.
If anyone has another idea, please tell me, as I'm desiring to buy this phone from a long time now and in Argentina is impossible to do so (it's $1300 at least!).

Cheapest way to get it my my opinion would be to Purchase it on www.expansys-usa.com its 719.99 use promo LSJUNE25 for 25$ off. Have it shipped and call fedex to hold at fedex location. Goto the fedex location and pick it up. I got it over at expansys it took 3 days to deliver to NYC and I live in NYC. It's really upto you. If you are staying at a hotel, you can get it shipped to the hotel and get it. If you need any help let me know.
The phone actually cost me 694.99 after the 25$ off. If you sign up for ebates.com you can get 26.50 cash back so that will drop the price even further.
Also.. No tax/ free shipping over at expansys.

MCO is an option, the only problem is it'll cost 100 bucks more as it's 740 plus tax. That is a bit off my budget , considering that from UK I can get it with case, screen protector and MHL adaptor for 750 with shipping.

Hmmm. Yes. Do you have any friends here in the US that you can give cash and they can order it for you from expansys? Also another idea, they have an option to pay with paypal. Maybe that will bypass the US billing address. Give them a call, They have great support working there. They'll help you out.

There´s no one I know that lives in the US, I've already contacted them and pretty much told me there's no way I could buy it. I'll try with Expansys UK, as I think they take international credit cards. I read in a thread that someone from NYC already bought from them. Thanks for your help.

Alright. Hope all ends well. Some tips for NYC... Please .. OH PLEASE! don't stand in the middle of the streets of nyc looking up at the pretty lights. People have to get places so move over to the side and don't stop randomly in the middle. That's the only reason i hate tourists. Other than that enjoy your trip!
yea i have one for sale and yes i live in nyc im also latino from ecuador born in nyc living in queens i have a 16gb galaxy s2 used for like almost 2 weeks , on thursday it'l be 2 weeks its extremely mint and has not 1 single scratch anywhere i love this phone . it is the best phone that i have ever used in my entire life . way better than iphone 4 and even the future iphone 5 , way better than any other android phone including all the dual cores new phones like htc sensation and atrix 4g that i also own . reason im selling is cause im really waiting for the 32gb galaxy s2 with nfc connection to come out, i think that 1 will come out by september . that's what my sources say's besides that this phone rocks and its extremely well kept . the first day that i got it from expansys.com i had already purchased a screen protector and a 2 jel cases that's why this phone is in brand new conditions . all the original accessories i still have everything and ill even give u the 2 cases free cause i wont be needing them until the 32gb nfc sgs2 comes out. so if your interested let me know reply back and tell me what u think this phone is worth 2 u. i payed 750 with shipping to nyc . it's almost still a brand new phone , so u tell me. if u try to order before u leave i highly dought that u will get the gs2 beacuse i think that their sold out and even if they were it will take a lot of days unless u wana pay like 30$ for a 1day shiping if they have that available. so yea let me know and ill give u my email or phone # to work it out.

I bought the Flyer on a Monday and I saw the new price for $100 on Thursday. I thought they brought the price down or something, I wasn't sure so I just called BB and asked for a price adjustment. The lady on the phone told me that I should see a $200 refund tomorrow (Friday) and I was like okay, cool!
Later that day I started reading that it was a mistake and it wasn't meant to be for $100. At that point, I figured if they give me the refund, then I just got an unbelievable black friday deal, otherwise, I'm not losing anything. Lo' and behold, my statement only said $100. I don't think they caught this when they made the refund. And my situation was different in that I bought the flyer a few days ago, and then asked for a price adjustment, whereas others saw the price drop and THEN ordered it.
I forgot who, but another user, I think Butterflygirl(?), bought 3 Flyers a few days before the error in pricing and asked for a price adjustment. Idk if she got it or not, but it would be cool if she did. I don' think she updated us on it yet.
I didn't get it., but I'm glad someone did.

Im not sure if you have craigslist there. but you can find them on craigslist from 300-450. I got mine for 350 in brand new condition.

Not double. I777 is $550 if purchased outright off-contract. Add sales tax and it can be as high as $600.
It's unreasonable to expect people to waste their contract subsidy to provide you a discount. If you get a device for under $400, it's going to be a used item with cosmetic blemishes.
Anything showing up for less than $400 in Craigslist is likely a scam.
Got one last week off of Craigslist for $350, had a minor scratch on the bottom right corner bezel

i found some cheap shops in australia, but they didnt ship to my country.
the best is shop the cheap and selling worldwide, but if this things not coming together, ill glad to see shops on Hong kong, Singapore, Nepal or something (i heard that its realy cheap there, and im going to be on the summer there.)

Uhm... it cost me £400 in UK some 8 months ago (brand new bought from ebay, free casemate barely there silver case included).

DOD site dailysteals.com has the international Note 2 on sale for $585. It's about $100 cheaper than I've seen, but to be honest, I havent looked that hard. DailySteals is a good site, I've purchased from them before, not the fastest shipping, but still not bad at all. Seeing as most of us are still in contract and can sell their Notes for $300 to $400, it isn't a bad upgrade option at all.

I almost bought that.If it was $585 shipped I would of for sure but when I put it in the cart and started the checkout it turned to like 6
$640 with tax and ship.I'm gonna wait till I find it for a true bargain.I have the trigger finger ready and christmas is a great excuse to buy ones self such a gift!!!
