On the last DCD, Adobe Reader was installed. On the 3.3.4, it wasn't installed on the ROM. That really is the only version that works well on my device. I have searched and can't find where it's been uploaded in any of these forums. Maybe i'm not using the correct search string, but regardless, does anyone have Adobe Reader 2.5 that can be uploaded on here? thanks...
Jason
Here is the one I got. I hope I am not breaking any rules here as adobe reader is a free download. unzip first!
If I am I will remove.
Cheers

Yes correct... i also noticed the same thing. but instead of selecting "save as" option you can click top left "save" icon present on the screen while editing. this will save your changes in the same file you opened.

Are u editting file using polaris office by browse it through My files app? U must not do that as it will cause u not able to rewrite it later. Dont ask me why..cause i also dont know why..
So what i did is, i open the file direct using polaris ofice and browse the file from there. By doing so, then u can rewrite ur file.

Thanks for all the videos Lucid. Much appreciated!:good:
Try Kingsoft office
I just use Google Drive
I usually do my word on my PC at home, save it and have it on the go on my phone.
Pretty handy
Documents to Go works really well and is very reliable. Plays nice with dropbox too if you are using files from there which is very important to me
Are there any apps that will allow me to read, create, and edit a spreadsheet?

Google Drive
For a paid app. I have found office2012 text maker has the best compatibility and keeps all formatting. They have one for spreadsheets as well so maybe try that out. I believe there's a trial as well

This is a remote controll app for Jdownloader on my PC.
I want an app on my Android by I can do the same thing as I do by Jdownloader on PC, not a remote control app but a separated one.

I translated this manual to make Huawei MultiScreen and Huawei Share work on any notebook or Desktop. I hope it works for everyone.

Tried it, works really well ! It's awesome for sending images and files over your PC easily, and copy / paste text. I was also impressed by the latency of the screen mirroring, pretty good.
Thanks a lot !

Any workaround?

Ouch, now i get it.
You need to get yourself an Bluetooth USB dongle, but i think it will not work because you need to get and an NFC card reader, too
If you buy those 2 items, you'll get yourself NFC+Bluetooth on your DESKTOP PC

Maybe i would buy those if it is worth it.
How do you like the Manager, is it usefull? Im mostly interested in moving files and replying to Messages/Whatsapp via PC instead of using phone.

I'm not using it, just did the test to see if it works (and it works on me, because i have Bluetooth& NFC card reader on my laptop, near palm rest, left side of laptop) and how it works.
I'm using Huawei Share to send/recieve files over WiFi (from my laptop to my phone and viceversa) and WhatApp Web, if need it. But i guess it's helpfull for users who send a lot of RCS/SMS over Messages app or need to fast transfer files between devices.
So maybe someone else who use it might get you a better opinion :silly:

Sry, m8, but i don't own an Huawei Matebook. I have as my own device a Surface laptop and my wife has my ''old'' Dell Latitude E7440 (Intel Core i7-4600U, Haswell) device with NFC enabled. That's the one where i've made my tests using the guide from this thread...
Maybe somebody else @here can give some tips :highfive:
