How to activate keyboard when receiving a call? - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Somebody knows how to get keyboard during receiving a call?. It is avaiable when You make a call but unavaiable when You receiving a call. It's very important when You have to type some buttons during eg. receiving a call from Customer service or call centre.

To the OP: Like samsamuel, I'd like to know what keyboard you are talking about. Do you mean the "regular" keyboard, e.g. in order to take notes or are you talking about the keypad/dialpad?

Call waiting when 3rd party is on the call.

Hello
I'm not being notified if I call someone and they're on the phone. I should be receiving a call waiting notice, anyone know how to turn this on please
I have a Galaxy SII
2.3.4
Thank You
Go into the dialer and depending on the rom it will be somewhere in the settings. Mine's in dialer/settings/settings/incoming call status/call waiting.
And frankly, this is pretty basic. You should be able to find something like this by going thru every setting on your phone. I know that's the first thing I do when I get a new phone :-/

i have done the setting which you have mention but still when i call someone on there cell phone, it should come up with " Call waiting" meaning that the person is already on the phone who i am calling
Hepe i explained it right
Thank you
Hang on. If you call someone who's already on a call, you should get an engaged signal and probably number busy or similar on the screen. That has nothing to do with call waiting, call waiting happens when you're on a call and a 2nd person tries to call you. You should get a beep or similar to tell you there's a 2nd call for you.
If you call someone who's already on a call, you should get an engaged signal and probably number busy or go to there voice message if there don't have call waiting setup.
If there have call waiting setup then you should see on your screen "waiting"
Sorry
I think this is a service provider thing. It works on Vodafone but i am T-mobile
Anyone has any thing before i call t-mobile

No voice call if receiving text?

Has anyone noticed an issue with voice calls going directly to voice-mail if they come through at the same time as sending or receiving texts?
Background:
I have G-voice installed and running strictly as my voicemail service. This works out well for me as it will send me an email notification of a missed call whereas without it if I have no coverage and someone calls me I would never know about it.
I am a Firechief for an oil refinery and I use the phone as my fire call-out pager too. Its rather important that I get my calls.
I have noticed in the past that people would tell me they called but it went to my voicemail. After installing and using G-voice for voice mail, sure enough when they told me that, I would get a missed call notification from G-voice.
We use a call-out system called Send Word Now that will send me a voice call and a text message together when activated. Apparently is at exactly the same time because when I tested it I would only ever get the text mesage and a missed call notification.
My Question:
Has anyone else noticed this and figured out why? It would seem that with a 4G connection and all the data bandwidth available the phone should have no problem doing both. In fact, I can get plenty of text mesaages or incoming calls if I am already talking on the phone.
Just as an update to my own thread in case anyone searches this oddity. The messaging center today informed me that they know of the issue and ALL phones and providers will act the same way. As in, if you get an oncoming call at the same time you are sending or receiving a text the call will go straight to voicemail.

I have a small problem. Can anybody make a script or something with the following feature:
When I have a forwarded and missed call, I don't see, the call was forwarded from another phone. What is the solution?

I see all call log, but it doesn't make difference between a simple missed call, and a missed call which is forwarded from another phone number.
To illustrate: My bosses phone is forwarded to my phone. When I miss a call, I can't make difference, which one is my missed call, and which is his call, so I don't know, which number should I call back.

[Q] Call forwarding using conference feature

Hi guys,
has anyone of you encounterd an app which can redirect calls using the phoneline it self. For example:
Phone gets a call from the network-->phone answer the call with mute and a special recording saying "you are being redirected"--> phone calls a third party and create a conference between the two calls.
really needs it for my business..
any help would b appriciated...

[Q] Block All Incoming Call Except SMS & Data

I want to know if there is an app or any other way to block all incoming calls on my HTC Desire V phone. (Rooted and stock ROM)
My requirement is to block only "Incoming" calls from a list of pre-selected numbers but I would like to allow everything other then incoming calls.
I am using my phone's default way to reject all calls, but any time someone calls they hear a small ring and then operator message saying
"The Number You Have Called Is Busy...", So the caller understands that I am rejecting the call and expects a call back.
If the message after rejecting a call is like "Switch Off" or something else I am fine.
If somebody can help with "Incoming Call Barring" that will be great, because I spoke with my operator regarding incoming calls barring password but I was told that it is phone feature so I needed to contact handset manufacturer for this and I got the same answer from HTC that it is a network feature so I need to contact service provider.
Please Help.

Try doing a quick search in google play like: Call blocker
You should find some apps, would do it myself now but i'm in a bit of a hurry
Tried such kind of call rejecting apps from play... They just simply reject the call after a small ring; hence operator message is heared by caller saying no. is busy...
