[Q] SMS Counter ? - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello mates , does somebody know where i can find the ''sended messages'' folder or is there a little app available that count them ?
BIG Thanks !
Ivars

With HTC Messaging app it doesn't give you a different count for sent/received. If you're in conversation mode it'll give you a total count of messages for each contact. You'd have to disable HTC Messaging & get the old WM messaging back to see separate counts.

[Q] Help !! text messages don't show in threaded sms, only in classic view

Hello 2 all @ XDA !! I recently came across a new problem that I can't seem to find the solution (believe me, I've searched !) , so I have a T-Mobile HD2, with Sencity NRG ROM WM 6.5.x, after a lot of modding and installing and removing apps I decided to star over to have a more stable and cleaner system so I did a hard reset, then after I went on to configure and install apps etc... but yesterday I realized that the threaded view in my messaging app was not working properly, when I go in my inbox I can see the text messages that I have received but when I select one to reply it is blank , I can see them properly using the HTC messaging app, it shows me the chat bubbles with the received messages and the ones y send, but if I use the regular messaging app I cannot view the conversations, I only get the cursor with my keyboard but the rest is blank. If anybody has a solution please reply, I would like to solve this problem b4 I just decide to task29 my toy !! thnx 2 all !!
P.D.: If I change to classic view I can view all of the messages belonging to the thread.

How do I send group SMS in Android 4.0+ ?

Pretty simple question ... How do I send a Group SMS to a group of contacts I have defined in Android ICS ?
I was using a HTC Sense 3.5 ROM before, and that had an option to send Group SMS once I opened the Group in the default Contacts application ... But I don't see any similar option in ICS ...
Any suggestions ?

[Q] sms app showing mobile/work contact number information

Hi
when using my sms app, I am looking for a way to display which phone number of my contact is used (mobile, work, home, ...)
The only thing showed is the contact name and his phone number.
With all the sms apps I've tried (stock, hangouts, hello sms, 8sms, evolvesms, chomp, handcent), I didn't find a way to display this information. I always have to do an extra action (clik on contact photo, or title bar) to check if the phone number concerned is 'work' or 'mobile'.
Does someone know a tip or a new app to show this info ?
Thanks!
if anybody has an idea of a workaround to display the phone number type in the sms app (stock or any other), I would be very grateful.
I must not be the only one who needs to see in the sms app thread if i am writing to the mobile or work phone number of a contact ...

Need SMS App for sending long Messages as one message, not in parts

Hello!
I've installed CM11 on my girlfriends S4 Mini. So far everything's fine, but she's really angry because of a SMS problem. On the original firmware it was possible to send long messages as one "message bulb". Directly from the SMS app as well as over airdroid. Now with CM11 messages are splitted in 160 parts. No change with "SMS Messageing AOSP", "hangouts" or Airdroid. The "SMS Messaging AOSP" app is capable of showing long messages as one message, but viewed in airdroid (wich she uses frequently for having better overview, making backups etc..) they are still splitted up. I saw other messages she wrote on original firmware and they are very long. I think she was able to write up to 3 or 4 sms in one message, wich then of course cost accordingly. But it was possible and normal. I know that at some point SMS got transformed in MMS, wich is more expensive, but she's willing to pay more for the better overview in the history.
Is there any chance to achieve that with CM11?
Thanks
in sms app if u find it >> Click Menu > Settings > SMS Split .. and disable it
NOTE :
using cdma network will force the sms to be split according to talks here

What I did
Hi, I had that problem with my I9190, so I rooted the phone, also install the Xposed apk (you must to activate the framework before continue) and finally I use the allow long mms apk for Xposed, then I restarted the phone and now I can send up to 12 mms in one message.
I hope it can help you.
