WIFI Connection is Not Automatic?

Any can help resolve this. In WM5, the WIFI connects to networks that we set Automatically. But in the PDAViet 4.0.0.6 or WM6, it does not connect automatically?? Someone help. Can't find a solution.
I have the same "issue" with the Gullum roms. When I enable the WIFI to tries to connect, then the icon shows only antenna, no radio waves. Then go the the settings, wifi program and see your available network, connect and it connects fine.
But somehow, never automaticly. Its very weird indeed any suggestion to solve this would be great.
Or just press the powerbutton off/on and it connects automatically.

Wifi disconnect in Stand-by

Dear experts,
I have a question what I can't solve by myself.
I have a HTC HD2 where I had successful setup wifi.
The problem is that when i set the phone in stand-by, wifi will disconnect.
I want that wifi stay alive, also in stand-by modus.
Can you help me?
Thanks a lot!
Use BSBtweaks there is option to enable wifi in standby mode.
Have a look for WifiNoStandby. It's in my signature and does exactly what you need.
The tweak in BsB doesn't persist when you turn your phone off.
Sent from my iPhone 5 beta using the XDA App

Any way to turn off screen WITHOUT lose Wifi or 3G-USB connectivity ?

Hi my friends,
Im using a dropad a8x as my Cardroid, and i want to access it by wifi or 3G while the car is parked.
The problem is, if the screen goes off i lose all my connectivity, this includes both 3G and Wifi.
Is there a way to shutdown the screen but NOT lose the connections ?
Thanks for the help.
I didn't want to leave with replying,
Go to wifi/setting policy and change it to never. (Go to wifi settings and press menu and you will get the options)
Sorry, I can't be more clearly than this, no time for explaining.
eventual you have to activate "best wlan performance" (anything like this) in the same menu.
Well, thats already set
But when i push the button to turn off the screen it loose both 3G and Wifi connection.

Automatic switch between WLAN & 3G

Hi,
I have noticed something quiet strange on my i9300: Whenever I lose WLAN connectivity and try to get online, as long as the WLAN is on, the i9300 says it cannot connect. It is only after I switch WLAN off, that the phone connects via 3G. I always thought the device would switch automatically? Seems not to be the case - or am I missing something??? Can you confirm or maybe tell me what setting I have to make in order to get that right?
thank you
