You should download ROM Kitchens, then you have everything for cooking new roms.
Just do a search in forum .
Regards.
Try Da_G Simple ROM Kitchen
Read Da_G Simple ROM Kitchen
This is a good start and works well.
A bit of searching never hurts
There is a fair bit of info on this subject in the Raph Rom threads.
I would check this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427507
and this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=411915

This thread is redundant, there are several answers provided already, but if you want to ask questions about cooking then post them in the threads already created for the kitchens.

kitchen?

Very noob question, but I've been wondering what is the difference between a rom and a kitchen?
A kitchen is used to cook a ROM. Once the ROM is cooked in the kitchen, it can be flashed to the device.
Have a look at the Usefull Links Thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=439783); it provides some links to resources that you can use to either flash ROM's that the other Chefs have prepared ... and even learn about how to cook your own
Cheers & welcome.
