Difference in HW between PH10A and PH20B ??

Hi All,
I jsu received a swapped M1000 for the defective one.
While chekcing the hwardware ID I see on the rear:
MN8BLUEANGEL and PH20B
Yet, this thing doesn;'t have a slide-out keyboard and is marked as being a M-1000. So do I now have additional option with this unit or not ?
Anyone here that knows this ?
I have seen that certain PH20B devices should have Wifi, but on the back of the unit this is not mentioned only the Bluetooth logo is there.
Any info or advice you people have is most welcome.

8525 program/processor question

I have a certain program that works fine on all of my other work related PDA's (PPC 6700, XV 6700, Old as dirt Toshiba E310).
I tried it on the plain jane WM5 rom and even upgraded to a WM6 version yet no dice.
My question is:
Is there a possibility that because of the different processor type (Intel versus the 8525's) it may not work?
Thanks for anything you may be able to share!
Would you happen to know the name of this "certain program"?
I guess your program was written for WinCe / Windows Mobile 2003 devices, that is why it won't work on a WM5 / WM6 device. The API in the newer devices is quite different!
Solution:
try to find a newer, up-to-date, equal application ...
Well, I am pretty certain that the program was written for WM2003, but the program works for WM2002, WM2003, WM5, and WM6 on other devices.
Any thoughts?
**Removed program name**
I work for the company, so its not pirated per say, and its used for work purposes, but not on the intended device (which is WM5 btw)

Hero Graphic Capabilities

Anyone know what graphic capabilities of the Hero? Does it utilize the necessary drivers, etc? HTC has been known to use chips but not utilize drivers.. just wondering if this 7201a chip or whatever it is is actually any good or not.
What are you expecting? The hardware is kinda the same as the Dream and the Magic. Expect that.
Animations will be smooth, but any 3d-support for games I have no idea.
The chip supports some sort of OpenGL-ES 1.1 I believe, but I'm new to android so I have no idea if Android even supports that, let alone if there are any applications available that will use it (besides that Quake1 demo Google demo'd when they first announced Android).

[Q] Compare Registry

Hi,
Does anyone know of a way or an app which I could use to compare the registry's of two WM6.5 phones? I have two phones a HTC HD2 and a HTC Touch Pro2 now they are both wm6.5 but slightly different versions.
For some reason the Touch Pro 2 only works with our works VPN software using GSM (So very slow) yet the HD2 works with both GSM and WCDMA.
Not sure why this is it seems to be a DNS issue but all the settings are exactly the same and I was hoping to compare the registry settings as there are other slight differences else where too.
Can anyone help?
Many Thanks.
I have actually found a piece of software that can be used to compare the two for anyone who needs something similar google CERegEditor.
Although after comparison it has not helped with my conundrum
Use Kheb or SK Tracker.

[Q] Navman S50

Hi all.
I have a old stand-alone GPS system with old maps and WinCE 5.0 on it, a Navman S50. I have being searching around and have found a unlocker which enables me to boot my unit into the OS which is cool. But what I'd really like to know is, would it be possible to get android running on this device with the hardware it has? http://gadgets.softpedia.com/gadgets/GPS-RFID/The-Navman-S50-GPS-Navigation-System-6573.html Scrolling to about half way down this page it has the tech specs. If it is possible, and since I know nothing about building android or porting it, would anyone know how to get android running on this?
