Can anybody help??

I had to reflash my phone after trying to install a new font and it not working, the flash worked fine and the phone restarted etc. I then rooted with superoneclick, still fine, but as I tried jit all seemed to be working fine until the phone rebooted and is now stuck on the sony ericsson screen.
I've tried to update via sues and pc companion and also flash tool but to no avail as the phone doesn't get recognised in flash mode.
Also I know the phone is actually on but just stuck on the se screen as i can here incoming txt alerts.
Please could someone give me some pointers as to how to fix this??

[Q] This time my phone is dead..?

Ok well, after succesfully installing the original 2.2.2 rom through KDZ in emergency mod, i decided to roll back to 2.2, so i opened KDZ again and started flashing it.. well, at a point it just crashes.. I said "no worries, let's start over again".
I tried to flash again but i was getting multiple errors or crashes, so i decided to turn the phone off and unplug it from the USB.
After replugging, KDZ stopped recognising it and now im stuck at a forced emergency screen unable to flash the original rom back... any chance to fix it or it's definitely dead?
EDIT: By turning off the battery, disabling modem device on pc and connecting usb i could manage to start KDZ update. During the installation I got an error so I couldn't finish it. Tried many times without results. I was stuck in emergency mode. After doing the same steps, phone doesn't even turn on.. i guess it's a bye bye now :/

I guess this is enough
Will send it to LG tomorrow
I just wonder, will it be on warranty? There was no superadmin installed before it got bricked, and there was the official 2.2.2 rom on it. Can they know if before that I installed custom roms? If so, does anyone know how much I would have to pay to get it back working?
thanks in advance

Why were u downgrading when root for froyo 2.2.2 and 2.2.1 is available ?
You must try again by reading all the tutorials to bring back the dead phone. Its true that once you disconnected the phone, its not easy to bring back but try on other machine/pc. People has recover it even when they disconnect the phone.
Or
If you are taking it to LG service center, tell them you were updating the phone, but it crashed and didnt bootup. If they ask you anything about custom rom, tell them you dont know anything about that and this is your first android phone and they would repair it in warranty.
From my opinion, they will repair the phone as you haven't installed any recovery, rom yet.
If they are not repairing it in warranty, the charges could cost as much as you can buy a new phone.
Good luck.
Well the phone is not responding at all, tried to pull off the battery for many hours and then pull it back in to try charging it and next turn it on, but I didn't get the expected results..
"Good" new is that phone completely on stock settings as I just did the original 2.2.2 update and didn't have root and custom recovery aswell... they shouldn't be able to check if i had custom roms/recovery as mainboard should be completely gone :/
I will definitely take it to LG service next week in the spare time..

[Q] {HELP} another x10 stuck at se boot

hi guys. my x10 froze at se boot and does nothing. i've read through almost all helpfull threads that are similar to my problem but the problem still persist. fyi, i booted to xrecovery, made a backup and i noticed that there were problems in backing up (md5 chcksum, i think). but the backup file was created. i restored using that file and now it is stuck at boot. i can't even turn the phone off. i've tried hard reset, tried using the sues, flashtoo and even pc tools but to no avail. this is due to the phone can't connect to usb. can anyone please help me.
You have do a factory reset and wipe cache?
how can i do that andres3d? are there any way for me to do that? i'm trying but the phone just can't go past the se boot. it's just stuck there. i can't even turn the phone off. the only way is to take out the battery.
Try this, enter into xrecovery and select "factory resect" first at all, then reboot.
I got stuck there too, and I haven't the xRec installed
You can download the SE Update Service (SEUS) and flash the original rom back to it.
Download the software and install, take off the battery, wait a little bit (30s or so), insert the battery back. DO NOT TURN ON THE PHONE YET.
Open the SEUS, choose the phone (X10) and click 'go', or 'ok', or whatever. Keep going and the software will tell you to plug the phone. Plug the phone turned off. When it's plugged, turn it on holding the back button until the software tells you to release.
Wait a few moments... and it's done. Turn on your phone, it should take a little longer to boot, but it's just the first time, then it boots normally.
It's quite easy to do when you know what to do
thanks in advance but i've tried both method and it still got me nowhere. first, i can't boot to xrecovery at all and second, the sues doesn't even detect my phone.
Did you try download a stock firmware from here and install by flashtool?
Do you have installed drivers from x10 to your PC?
I thing the only way is by flashtool, because you don't have xrecovery access l.

Hi all
Unfortunetly my case is 99% similiar as "Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10XPERIA X10 Q&A[Q] {HELP} another x10 stuck at se boot" but changing the cables doesn't help. The only thing which the phone respond is to hold back starting of booting what immidietly happening when i'm connecting the usb cable.
I had xrecover installed before but is not starting onto flashing mode.
Any ideas

[Q] Resetting phone to factory defaults

I was hoping someone could be of help. I have an old SE X10 that I was going to give to a friend. I had an old wolfbreak rom on it. Xrecovery etc The bootloader is locked, but I am having some serious problems getting flashtool to do anything with the phone. So I decided to go into recovery and wipe etc. Now it wont boot and flashtool doesnt seem to wanna do anything either. Anyone have any advice on how to get my device back up and running?
Tried running update service to reset, I can get it to try, but it keeps saying im on the latest software. I really have no clue what to do with flashtool just sitting at preparing files for flashing, forever
can u go to xrecovery..???
If yes, then put a ROM on SD card and flash it again.

In SEUS or PCCompanion even when it says you are on the latest software there is an option to "update anyway" or "repair"

Phone turnes off when connected to PC

Hi guys!
I have some problems with my X10i. First it all started with me wanted to go back to a previous backup with xRecovery. All this went wrong and got a message in xrecovery that it was not able to load sd-card. And then it was stuck on Sony Ericsson boot screen.
I got it flashed now, with Android 2.3, and wanted to root and install xRecovery, but when I start my phone and connect it to my comuter, it reboots. It wont stay on with USB connected to PC, so long till I can root.
I'm getting pretty irritated now.
What is wrong?
Hope you guys can help, and sorry for bad english.
Revert back to stock f/w pal u should be fine

Thank you for your answer.
But do you mean to restore to 2.1? When I downloaded flashtool I got 2.1 with the program, do you mean to restore with this flash that came with flashtool program?
Flash
Try fix it with seus
Okay.. I updated my phone to newest, 2.3.3.
After I had updated the sony program said that I had to wait for my phone to reboot and not take out my battery for the first time, but my phone did not reboot. Nothing happend after I disconnected the phone. When I pressed the power button it only blinked green one time, so I took out my battery and rebooted.
Everything went fine in the beginning, couple of reboots that I expected after new software, but now my phone reboots and reboots. Sometimes I can't even get to the screen where I unlock my phone before it reboots. And even thou when charging, it reboots.
Omg.. so frustrating!!!
Please help! Should I restore to 2.3 or the 2.1 that came with flashtool program?
