How can i back up with out root? I want to save my apps pics settings etc.

Just backup TWLauncher and everything else that starts with "TWLauncher" in Titanium Backup. When restoring, first restore everything else and then restore the TWLauncher stuff. This way even widgets should be restored.
Is there any way I can see this without looking in the settings for each app in the market?

Does anyone know if there is a way to backup your default choices? For example on loading a new Rom, even after restoring settings from titanium I still have to choose the default browser etc etc. Could there be a build.prop maybe? Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

After I backup a system app (bloatware) and then I had it frozen but now I want to uninstall it. Should I defrost the app first, keep it frozen, or it doesn't matter?
