Is there a mod to make the status bar black? I'm running CM 6 with the colorized theme.
Go to menu> settings> CyanogenMod settings> interface. And it should be somewhere in there. It is definitely in the CM settings though.

Ever since I updated from 1.2 to 1.3 the settings for what is shown or hidden don't work. It's just stuck with only the signal bars. Anybody have any ideas how to fix it?
On a side note I hate this theme for the swype keyboard.

Need to change the color of the item you want to show, then reboot.

Thank you both, worked wonderfully. Any ideas on how to restore the default look of swype?

Nitsuj posted a flashable zip to get back to the original theme. I'm not sure if its in the OP our not though. If it's not, searching that thread should be able to find it. It looks like I downloaded it on 5/7.

Is there a way to get weather on lockscreen like i could on galaxy note.

Are you on custom of stock rom?
Check lockscreen settings, there you will find the option to put weather on the lockscreen
Go to Settings -> Security -> Lock screen options -> Weather(Swipe Right).
MAGIC!
If your on CM9/10 go to settings -> lockscreen and tap weather enabled
Kudos!
Thank you i have found it now.

I can't post to the dev group, and have a stupid question. I looked in the dev forum, and couldn't find an answer... how do I get back the ringer icon in the ICS JMOD that our favorite thunderbolt rock stars have out? Specifically looking for the status bar icon for viberate and silent ringer icons. I'm sure it's just something easy I am missing, but just couldn't find it in the other thread.
Thanks

I do t know about the power widget across the top of the notification pane but I know you can set a toggle for it.

I found the problem, just don't know how to fix it. The icon is there, it's just black, so on my home screen, it blends in with the status bar at the top of the screen. Any ideas where to change that color?

Use system settings, interface, status bar, and then it should be at the bottom as status bar color.

See, I knew it was something easy... this is what happens when I mess with a new Rom on zero sleep....
Thanks!

Anyone have any idea if there is any mods to have status bar toggles ?? Not sure if its possible on sense based ROM but maybe a flashable status bar tweak to enable toggles.
Its not a mod but try notification toggles in the play store it has some nice features where you change icons I like it and it does the job for me

This one allows you to set its priority lower so the status bar icon doesn't display. Its the best one I've found so far and its free!

+1 here for notification toggle. I've tried most of the apps out there for this and this one is the best by far.
Instead of setting the priority lower you can also use a transparent status bar icon...

Thanks a lot guys you rock . I never even thought to check the market . Was thinking of something native like a flash through recovery mod but all the stuff you guys told me is a good idea. Ill try those apps
Is there anyway to add status bar toggles to this phone? (data/Bluetooth/wifi/etc.) I'm coming from Samsung and have really grown to love them.
Go in the play store and look for an app called power toggles see if that helps.

was just coming to suggest that.
Yeah, but doesn't that app just make it a widget on your desktop?

Thanks I'll try it
