It's not possible unless you have a sense framework... doesn't work with AOSP or anyother android UI's sorry.

you can try getting launcher pro plus, it comes with friendstream like widgets, that are identical in nature (with out the sync function though)
You could also try colorize widget, I have it and it's very very similar to the friendstream app

Also, wrong forum.
Its a better version of Facebook for Android that let's u view all events and many other option u couldn't view with the regular Android market version it also let's u block friends .
