Hey guys. I just got an Atrix today. I came from a Captivate. Only problem with the Atrix is that I have no network connection. I can make calls, text, and things like that, but I can't use the Browser or anything that connects to the internet. Any help is appreciated.
Got it fixed.
Please post your fix, as to help anyone in the future with the same problem.

Hi guys. For some reason my phone keeps losing its reception, and no calls are being made. It keeps saying call ended... Its not my sim card cuz it works fine with my other phone, so it has to do with this phone. Any one experienced this or can help?

Try the soft reset or repair via SEUS.
Mine started having Wi-Fi issues today (it wouldn't connect to the wireless network, with or without encription).
Did the soft reset, now it's working.

You're holding it wrong... Also try wrapping some gaffer tape around the outside edge. Sorry they're no longer giving away free bumper cases...

I have had the same issue intermittently since I got the phone. Tried a restore and a newer fw. Didn't help, I'm waiting a bit longer and sending it off for warranty. A few of my friends have x10s also and haven't had this problem...

Just bought this phone today and having one problem! my internet won't work over the network. When i put it in my hd2 running android, it works fine no problems. Do i have to buy a vibrant plan? if so i might as well sell this . If anyone knows how to fix the problem without talking to tmobile and buying a plan. Please help!

Ok, so i'm new to this whole android thing and came up on a TB. Sorry for the noobness of this...i did a search, but couldn't find anything relating to my problem. hoping someone could give some advice.
I tried to activate it the other day and it took some time to activate(i guess Verizon's network was down), but the 4g LTE was fully functioning. Phone was recognized on my account at verizon and everything checked out.
however, when i tried to make a phone call, i got the message 'welcome to verizon wireless. your phone number is not active or invalid'. one thing i did notice was the roaming triangle above the signal bars. btw, i did try contacting verizon and they didn't know what was going on..they kept blaming the downed network.
i couldn't get it to work so i had to switch back to my whackberry.
Anyone know what the problem is and how to activate it? any advice would be awesome!

Hey guys I need the communities help on this one so let me explain what's wrong. First off I've never had any problem with my data plan and switching the sim between phones. I just traded for a skyrocket and I stuck my sim in it to see if it was working and I wasn't getting any data. I get on AT&T chat and the lady says that I need one of the newer orange 4g Sims with the numbers 25 as the 9th and 10th digit. I have been using a blue sim for almost a year now without problems. So she changes it and I stick the new sim in the skyrocket and it still doesn't work then I stick in in my atrix and it doesn't work in it either. Its important to note that SMS and calling work fine and data works only if its on edge. Now she says I gotta go into the att store to get everything fixed and I hope someone here can help me. Btw my apn is the wep.Cingular or whatever it is lol.

I have a strange problem with my Atrix. The wifi and bluetooth stopped working, so I know that this is a hardware issue. My phone was still working fine using a tmobile sim card, since I had previously unlocked the phone. It just all of a sudden stopped connecting to the network. The interesting thing is that it would only connect to H+ but not to Edge. Any help will be appreciated.:good:
There are countless threads about this issue. The chip fails, you'll have to send it in for repair.
