Anyone know how to do this?

can someone tell me how to change my radio on my miri elegancia rom, i have the radio file but whats next. im trying to run the latest android desire sept 2 rom i could never get to work like the august 2 build. the sept 2 build works but wifi never stays on. please help some one recommended changing radio on a thread.

You can download Ultrashots ROM 1.21 and there is Radio 16 included
I see,so dynamics 1.21 package has the same radio as my stock radio.
