The built in task manager was nice till I found out there wad no ignore list...so I found another one...but now I want to uninstall/remove the original one...i tried to uninstall it with my new task manager but it fail...is there a way to uninstall via ADB?

If you are refering to stock rom task manager, it's name is jobmanager.apk
