[Q] car mode, loud speaker - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
For some reason my phone sometimes goes to car mode and loud speaker switches itself all the time when I receive or do calls. I have reseted it few times, but still the same.
Any ideas?

I guess you charge your phone with a car charger. Reboot your phone and all will be well.

Stuck in car-kit mode?

My XDA1 (Siemens SX56, actually) is acting like it's perpetually stuck in car-kit mode.
In normal operation, there's no sound from the speaker at all, though I can hear sound at a reduced volume through the earpiece. Upon answering a call, the speakerphone instantly turns on and appears to be listening for mic input only through the main mic and only when the earpiece is not plugged in. Many hard resets and headphone-jack tweaks performed to no avail. Possibly relevant: upon hard reset without SD card inserted, the device claims to have an "Unrecognized Device in Slot 1."
No recent software or hardware changes, haven't plugged it into anything but the usual USB cable and cradle so I wouldn't think anything got shorted out.
Any ideas? Or, anybody break their screen and want to give/sell me theirs?

[Q] S3 reports headphones still plugged in

Update: Somehow the phone has figured out that the headphones have been unplugged. I guess there is something a bit shaky with that socket.
Went to the gym today using my Galaxy S3 with headphones plugged. After workout I unplugged the headphones but the phone still reports the headphones being plugged in, and the internal speaker won't sound when I receive an incoming call.
I have tried plugging in and out several times.
Any suggestions?

Hi pitch buzzing noise using BT speakers

Has anyone experienced this problem.
whiles I connect the V10 to BT speaker, it starts off normal, about 10 minutes or more, sometimes after an hour, the music goes off and a Hi pitch buzzing noise comes on, even if they are disconnected afterwards the buzzing noise are present after you reconnect, you have to power off the phone and speaker.
without it power off the buzzing noise is present on the phone even if you just listen to the music through the phones internal speaker.
I have master reset the phone and also did a error recovery in the LG bridge software, with no change, the phone has been upgraded to official MM, haven't experienced this with the lollipop, or should I say I haven't used BT much whiles on lollipop.
FYI I have tried this on 2 BT speakers, Sony and TDK.

Headphones hanging up my calls!

Hey guys so I've owned the V10 for a while now and actually when it started slowing down and having calls up whenever I plug in the headphone jack. I have an old car and I just connect the call to the speakers but the minute I do
..hangup. I reset the phone to factory settings and it stopped for a while but now it's back. I know that some headphones have the small voice input for talking so either while walking or driving the phone gets disconnected. Any ideas???

Mic and phone speaker only working in loudspeaker mode

Hi Moto Experts,
since a few days I have an issue with my moto z.
Phone Speaker and mic are only working when I make a call and switch to loudspeaker.
Besides calling mode they won´t work
I also tried headphone plugged in and then I can hear music or videosound but only on headphone.
Also ring tone works via phone speaker.
I tried to restart phone a few times but without luck.
What can be the problem here?
Also the usb-c plug isn´t working really good as it looses connection if you only move plugged cable a milimeter in wrong way, which shouldn´t be with usb-c.
This problem is there for a long time so accepted it but with mic and speaker not working the phone isn´t really useable
I searched here in moto-z forum but can´t find any similiar problems.
Do you have some troubleshooting ideas?
