Is it me or am I the only person who's music is always force closing? I am using the viper ROM and have the stock music app and the Google music beta app and they both force close for reasons I am not aware of.
Is there a fix to this?

Try to delete the cache and data under the uninstall menu.
I Haz 3D
I had same issue after I reinstalled all apps using titanium backup. I just uninstalled then reinstalled from market and it was fine.
I had the same issue. I did the fix permissions option in recovery. Or you can do it in the ROM Manager app as well. Then reboot after its done.

when entering and exiting the Facebook app from go launcher the app doesn't fade in or out. it just zooms in or out and disappears or reappears, on my wife's evo 4g it fades just fine, ive tried reinstalling facebook and go launcher and it doesn't fix it. maybe a resolution problem? no other app i have has this problem. all of them fade in and out just fine. been searching on and off for months for others with this problem and have found nothing, would a hard reset fix it? or just deal with it?
unrooted stock on sprint

Ive done that, no change
Strange thing has happened. YouTube has always been on the last page of my app drawer. Makes sense really as its in alphabetical order.
This morning i noticed that it has disappeared and been replaced with an app called Flash Player. The Flash Player app is simply a link to a web page regarding settings for local storage or peer something or other.
YouTube is still installed on the phone. When I selected a video through the browser it gave me the option to play it through YouTube, which worked. But I can't understand why the icon has gone from the app drawer and been replaced with one for Flash Player. I can't delete the Flash Player app and can't figure out how to get YouTube back on to the app drawer screen.
HELP!!!!!!!!!

You mean like reflashing the firmware? It's still stock. Haven't done anything to it yet.

Oh... I forget that your phone is not rooted. Then maybe you can try clear the cache.

Just clear the app data of google maps in Settings>Application manager.
If that doesn't fix the hang then try re-installing the app from the market.
If even the 2nd tip fails, then root the phone and clear cache partition in CWM recovery.
But I think the 1st tip should work just fine.
What would cause my Apollo to force close. I have a theme on, maybe that would affect it. Any ideas? Btw I'm on build 9/19

If your music is on your SDCARD and you're mounting it on your pc or something of the sort, or if there is some glitch with the SDCARD Apollo will crash.
I've tried restoring from titanium backup and it still force closes. I installed a beats app that wiped out my stock eq and borked music fx. I didn't have a backup as I didn't realize the app was going to flash this into system

Download the the below link. You can probably just click the file and it should install. If it doesn't you can place it in /system/apps

Thanks. Still having fc issues. Do you happen to have the odex file also? And maybe the music player apk and odex? I'm going to try and fix permissions again and reboot.
