Are you trying to install an apk from outside market as an individual file you have downloaded from somewhere.
Basically the apk is incomplete, perhaps source it on the marketplace and download it from there

first of all thanks for your replay !
how can i find HD games on the marketplace ?

got the same problem and also please some one post how to install avatar using chain fire 3d
first of all understand what is chairfire 3d..
it is a software that stats in between your device and hd games
reduce graphic quality and size so that you can play hd games.
you can install avatar like all other games there is no need of chainfire to install any game you need chainfire to play games.. ok got it

Ok. Definitly a market issue. First, check on the Google Play website (not the Google Play App, but with your Internet navigator), on "My Android Apps", which model of phone is associated with your account. If it doesn't correspond to your device, Google Play has a problem !
In that case, erase the datas of the Google Play app in Android, and restart it again. It will correctly detect your device.

When you do a factory reset, all your data will be lost. You need to reinstall the app. How did you reinstall the Flash Player ? From back up or fresh intall from Google Play?

Download & install the latest version from
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
At bottom half of page you can see "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives"
I think the Final version is Flash Player v11.1.115.69
After checking out the link same problem arises

Dont worry, go ahead and download the apk, go to settings > security and tick unknown sources this lets you install apps youve got from outside the play store then find the apk and open it which should let you install it
