There shouldn't be any problems I believe.
Flash baseband first and then the ROM.

First you flash the baseband.
Then you flash you flash the ROM that you want to install (Wolfbreak's CM 6 or TripNMiuI, whichever one you want)

Are we talking about a stock rom?
In any case just go back to your previous BB (the one that is supposed to work with your stock rom).

Custom ROMs require a specific baseband used by the dev. I don't think there are any custom ROMs using the new baseband. It's only been out a couple days.
WB CM6 uses baseband 54

If you know that, why are you trying to use a incompatible baseband with his ROM?
I find it ironic that people are using that same line over and over suddenly.
They come and ask for help then act like they know what the problem is.
Seriously i am weird ed out.
3 words i am starting to hate "Help, Please, Bootloop"
What version if Trips IRIS do you want to flash.
1.5.0 works well on baseband 67
There are a couple of files you need to patch afterwards or you may get keyboard and/or wifi issues - they are the network library and keyboard layout files. This patch was put up by cobrato but the links to them were in a thread that got deleted.
If you can't find them pm me - I should have them lying around somewhere.

[Q] What Firmware to use???

I got SGA with S5830BUKA7 Vodafone provider firmware. I went to samfirmware to get Gingerbread FW to update it and got confused with the following:
First check your firmware via our SamFIT and make sure you always use firmware files from your own region to prevent problems.
Does that means that I can only use S5830BUKC2 which is the latest FW from Vodafone?? Can i flash this phone with S5830XXKPH??
I am sorry if there is already an answer to this question in the forums, but i couldn't find it.
Thx in advance.
I flashed using KPH FW and it works
