Download The Dio-Eclair Rom
Extract on /sdcard/xrecovery/backup
Enter in xRecovery
Use Backup and Restore
Choose Restore and choose Dio-Eclair-vXXX

It is not the real MIUI launcher but the Tencent Launcher.
