How do you create themes? I only know via UOT is there a tutorial somewhere here because I searched for tutorials and found none. Would be glad to make one.

I think he's asking for a offline or online theme creator besides UOT...
Yeah . Or possibly a guide how to do it manually. Or an idea what is the use of each file and how to export and import resources.

Can anyone port the inverted chimera rom theme to a flashable zip since when I was using it, it seemed really good looking. Any ideas on how to make one myself? Or any very similar themes?

(facepalm) use the search button, making flashable themes is ridiculously easy and has been enumerated countless times. Secondly go post on the TP forums or their facebook for help with that ROM, I can almost gaurantee you that next to no one on XDA is gonna be running it.

There's a few good videos on YouTube that may help you but its really not easy if you don't know. Also try comparing modified .smali files to a normal one with winmerge or something to show you exactly what's been changed.
