Odin Multi-Downloader is an application meant for Samsung devices , particularly the Galaxy series .
It allows the flashing of custom/stock firmware through the use of the device's Download Mode to "download" the system files into the phone .

First things first.
1) Check the sticker on the phone chassis under the battery. What does it say ?
2) What exactly did you flash ? If you want help, you're going to have to be a little bit (a lot actually) less vague.

You have an i9100G. Did you download an I9100G firmware? What did you download? I'm betting you downloaded an I9100 firmware instead of an i9100G one.
If you download an i9100G firmware and try again, it should work.
Try this.
Then if you decide to try installing ICS again, make sure you download one for the i9100G, and not the i9100.

Yup, that is a firmware for the i9100P that is O2 branded. See my post above.
By the way, FYI: i9100G is NOT compatible with other i9100 models in respect to firmwares and kernels

[Q] Updating to ICS and Odin failed

You want to flash a ICS ROM for GT-I9100G.
So, you are sure that you have this model?!
Then have a look at this thread => http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1619571

Where did you get this other version? What is the file name?
The reason I ask: the version you used in your screenshot in post 1 is for an i9100G. You said you have an i9100.
Firmwares and kernels are not compatible between the i9100 and the i9100G. So if you are using another i9100G firmware, that is probably why it is failing.

Now I've " I9100UHLPP_I9100UHLPG_I9100UWALP5_HOME.tar.md5 " yet odin failed to flash it and I had to use bootloader to make the device work again.

Cut and Paste Basics
You rooted yes and now you find OTA updates fail yes .
As per ten thousand posts OTA may fail on rooted phones .
Choice remove root and update .
Flash stock rom via Odin and reroot .
Flash stock rom from CWM stock roms post should not need reroot .
All on GENERAL section .

Thanks ..
If i follow this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1406664 okey? or something more i need to do ?One thing more please can you give me link for exact stock rom for my phone.
Returning back to stock kernel first is not always needed. With the previous update, i installed the update through Kies on my rooted S3 and just re-rooted afterwards. No reinstall was needed and all apps and settings were untouched. Try updating via Kies.

The thing is ... any i9300 stock firmware will work on your phone ... so asking for the exact one is pointless.

My Baseband version I9300XXLF5 and country Sweden
If you want exact firmware you need to use search both XDA and Google .
Try the stock rom threads x 2 but i see no later firmware for you on either .
Try sammobile .com
download with CHECKFUS
Baseband is your modem not firmware .
The link you have posted is not for this phone

Instead of going through the hassle of the official software update, you can download your official ROM using Check Fus Downloader and flash it via Odin.

Go to sammobile, create an acount there. Find the firmware that you want, preferably 4.0.3. Once its done, unzip it and it should come in either a .tar or .md5 format. Put it in the PDA ssction of odin and flash.

You gotta download an official ROM first.
I suggested using checkfusfownloader in my previous post. It allows you to download the latest official version of a carrier.
You just have to select the country and carrier of the ROM you want and then it downloads the ROM for you.
Which country/provider are you on?
Afrer downloading the ROM then download Odin from http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=581913&d=1304094576. Connect your S2 to your PC and use the PDA button to flash the ROM you just downloaded.
There are also tons of flashing yutorials in XDA in case you have difficulties flashing.

Interesting - 'cause you said "there is nothing there", which seems to contradict that you knew.
But anyways - JPKJ2 appears to be for the Middle East region. So if you care about having Middle Eastern languages, then stick to one from that region.
Otherwise, as long as your phone model is I9100, then it shouldn't matter what region the firmware comes from, as long as it is specifically for an I9100. Just make sure you don't use an I9100G firmware. Though, I have heard of people having issues with firmwares for the China region. I can't speak on that personally though, as I've never tried one.
