Is my phone rooted or I have to root it myself?
Will I have any advance if I root my phone?

Go to the S3 forums, the same place you got this. There's more than one unroot method.

Well at the moment kitkat cannot be root

If u rebooted the phone after update u can't root it. Not yet anyways.
U can downgrade to jb and do it again the right way and u have root. But it's not possible to root a alredy installed kitkat at this time
Always read upp on things before u do somthing
