nothing yet as im still learning to cook well ive just always been a bit of a speed freak so im planning on a clean optimised no frills rom

i'm working in Ginger yoshi 1.0 RC4 (android 2.3.2) for 32b and 32a
i'm trying to replace the library files and font in this rom

with the lib and font that is support Arabic language. from this site

but it doesn't work. it hang during reboot.
how can i know which lib and font is compatible with this rom?
Phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830I
I've rooted it and backed everything up with TitaniumBackup, including settings, etc, so I'm good for backups.
Here's a list of the currently installed system apps, some of which aren't really self-explainatory and googling them gives me no help at all, which ones can I first safely test by freezing, and then when finding out there's no problems, deleting? I couldn't find any such lists available for this phone.
Some are obvious of course like YouTube, or Maps, but are those really 'bloatware' that slow the phone down during normal operation?

I thought that most of the things on here didn't really apply to my S5830i and since there's no dedicated forum for that particular model. :[
