probperly not because you need cwm 5 and zpk doesn't have cwm 5 and you need cwm 5 to run this rom
That would be a great thing for it to work with zpkernel. Or maybe zp kernel add a cwm5 module hun ?

To summarize: The official CM7 ROM is not yet finished to work fully like our other cm7-mods do and the CM7 devs have discontinued the development of CM7 for our mimmi. Am I right?
So why did they just say they will provide CM7 for our mimmi? I have no problem if they don't do it because of lack of developers... but saying they will but not doing so is unfair.
greets.
Screenshot of "CyanogenMod7 For mimmi"
Very stable rom, USB-Tether even works.
Bugs found so far:
LED not working,
No brightness control,
Keyboard Light not working.
If only someone could fix that....
Fa kernel 0.3 has cmw 5 maybe try it with that kernel?

i need to do is flash stockicscwm.img then flash ROM and then?
I think there is no difference. You can flash only new kernel while installing ICS.
Hi, I update the info
@Qwerty123
Tomorrow I will be update with more options if it is possible.
@mobikidz
Yes, so you can use cwm anytime CWM with back key, and now this kernel have more features than original stock rom and the custom rom.
@FrozenSE
Yes you can use this kernel for alpha ics SE roms
do i need to remove this stockics0.2.img kernel after flashing because it is an Insecure boot.img
Good Morning, people!
princesupernoah kernel v0.2 is an insecure image because i need to run adb with superuser privileges, but it`s not bad so i can use for many things. However you can download v.0.1, that it´s clean, only include CWM.

Well, there's no kernel, I mean, with overclock and extras. BUT, we do have a kernel with CWM included thanks to Night-Elf <3.
It's just ICS (beta) latest kernel but with CWM included, as always just press vol down when boot~. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=22908084&postcount=46.
BTW, Mount USB storage option is not working from CWM.

Do you people read thread before replying?
Old thread(check the date), OP said he solved it, and most important, it's about old ICS when it was in beta. From that date a lot of (stock based) kernels appeared, so pretty much any can be used.
btw. Tigris Kernel is for Neo l, this thread is for Neo as Neo l didn't have ICS beta.
Well at least someone obviously did some searching . Old thread is old and closed thread is closed.
Thanks,

Latest Kernel mod -> Go Here
Based on 4.1.B.0.431 ICS 4.0.4 Kernel, features new CPU governors and autoroot.
Q. Who would benefit from this?
Those who want to stick to stock kernel for Official ICS (4.1.A.0.562), but would still want to get the benefits of init.d scripts, and native root access!
I personally feel ICS stock kernel is more battery friendly than Night-elf RC2 kernel.
Q. Features?
- init.d support (credits DooMLoRD for showing the way)
- ro.secure=0 (that is now adb has native root access!)
- clockworkmod 5.5 (credits Night-elf)
- no other changes to stock kernel
- zImage changes not possible as source is not available from SONY
Download
boot_ICS_plus_v5.img
Changes: Previous features +
1. Switched to Doomlord's arc ics recovery (better features)
2. Important bug-fixes. (Please update!)
boot_ICS_plus_v4.img
Changes: Previous features +
1. Perfect ADB connection in recovery.
2. Short vibrate on entering recovery added
boot_stock_ICS_initd_root_cwm_v3.img
Changes: Now restores stock WIFI modules (so you can directly flash from Night-elf kernel without losing WIFI!)
Those who are using v2 without problems do not need to update!
boot_stock_ICS_initd_root_cwm_v2.img
Changes: CWM 5.5, with ADB & USB mount (credits Night-elf)
Q. How to install?
Just as you install a custom kernel.
If no wifi, just delete "modules_version" and "modules_reversion" in "/system/lib/modules" and reboot
Steps:
1. Follow this guide to install official ICS + root
(Do not install CWM)
2. If you already have DooMLoRD/nAa CWM, go to /system/bin with any root explorer and delete recovery.tar and chargemon
3. Power down device and get into FASTBOOT MODE -> switch off device hold menu key & plugin usb. (LED notification turns BLUE)
4. check fastboot with "fastboot devices"
5. flash boot image
fastboot flash boot boot.img
6. Reboot with "fastboot reboot"
7. Enjoy!
Very good work
when going to overclock, swap?
You can make a support for swap too?
Very thankful for this kernel
Thanks a lot!!

THIS STEP ONWARDS, YOU'LL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR SONY OFFICIAL ICS ROM SO PLEASE SAVE/BACKUP YOUR IMPORTANT WORK.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE 130mb ROM AND GAPPS.ZIP ON SD CARD AND CHARGE YOUR BATTERY TILL 50%
Step 3: FLASHING CUSTOM ( CM9 ) KERNEL
What's a kernel? go here http://www.androidcentral.com/android-z-what-kernel
1)open FXP214-UNOFFICIAL-haida.zip (downloded before) using winRAR and extract a file called "boot.img" to a known location on your COMPUTER say folder "kernel" on desktop.

6)wait for it to install
7)once installed, select install zip from sd card>choose zip>navigate to the folder where you put the 130mb zip file(ROM) and gapps zip>select gapps.zip>yes
8)once both are installed, return back to the main menu and select first option - reboot system
9)wait for system to boot, first will take some time say 5 minutes
10):good: WELCOME TO CM9 :good:
11)set up the phone and install titanium backup and restore your apps!!
12)enjoy the power of cm9!!
Step 5: NANDROID BACKUP
once you've settled with cm9(restored your apps with titanium) and everything seems normal,
1)go to cwm
2)select backup and restore>backup
3)your phone will be backed up within 20 minutes or less
4)once finished, reboot phone
your backup will be stored in "SD card/clockworkmod/backup/<date_and_time_of backup>"
please rename it for convenience say "fxp 214 cm9 (new)"
HOW TO RESTORE?
1)enter cwm
2)select backup and restore>restore>select folder name( eg: fxp 214 cm9 (new) )
3)this will usually take less time than backup
4)reboot phone to the same state at which it was backed up
THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE KERNEL
to change kernels, you need to do it via flashtool or fastboot mode
fastboot mode?
while phone is in power off state, open USB cover , connect USB to pc but not to phone , press and hold menu button , connect USB to phone and the notification light should go blue , you can now leave the menu button you are now in fastboot mode.
to change kernel while in fastboot mode, open flashtool, click lightning icon>fastboot mode>ok>select kernel to flash>ok>bazinga!!!
UPGRADING?
Are you on a fxp ROM and wanna upgrade to a higher version?
no worries bro!
1)Download the ROM
2)Put it on your SD card
3)For safety just backup your current ROM if anything goes wrong !!
4)Flash the kernel that is in the zip file. For instructions, refer ^ step 3
5)Enter recovery the way you normally do it(down button.)
6)Wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik cache ONLY!!
7)Install zip from SD card

To unisol107 and Aarush: Sorry to disagree with you, but this kind of tutorial is indeed necessary for noobs like me. It's hard to do all these procedures in the correct way and in the correct order by reading dozens of different threads and sites; it is hard to find out what kernel is compatible with this or that rom, what rom is bug-free, what kernel is bug-free, and many, many other important things like that. And many other tutorials are filled with a plethora of abbreviations that are way beyond my knowledge - only to list few obstacles!
The forum's moderators should, indeed, give congratulations to the_neo_v_guy for his effort, and even help him to improve some litle things to make this tutorial even better than it already is! (Some sort of a better text formating and layout fine-tunning would be nice, if possible).
Stick this toppic, by the way! And help the author to mantain it up to date!

I have some more questions...
My Xperia Neo V is a MT11i one (originally bought as a MT11a, but I change it to prevent some game incompatibility issues). These are its configurations:
- Stock ICS v 4.0.4 (version 4.1.B.0.431);
- Baseband with 72 in its last two digits;
- Kernel 2.6.32.9-perf [email protected]#9 (for 1.4 ghz overclock capabilities).
I am thinking about installing CianogenMod, but as I said before, I am a noob, and I don't have enough time (nor ninja discipline...) to read all 220 pages of this toppic: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1445844&page=220
So, I need help to find answers to these questions:
1 - Does FXP kernells allow overclock?
2 - Do I need to use only FXP kernells under CianogemMod roms, or can I use other Kernels?
3 - Are FXP132 versions of CM10 completely bug-free and fully operational in Xperia Neo V?
4 - If not, what is the newest version of Cianogen rom that is bug-free and fully operational for my Xperia Neo V, and what kernell can I use with it for best performance/overclock and/or battery-friendly use?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for my bad English.
