I've been extremely busy over the last several months, but took the time to cook this up over the holiday since I have gotten a few requests to update to the current version.
This can be flashed over MikShifted G 1.76 and is just a theme, so do not flash like my previous ROM's for Exec. Thanks for the amazing ROM aamikam!

Thank you Brando . One of the Slickest themes ever .
Super nice bro! I'm not a sense man but if I was I'd be all over this

Added Instruction:
Unistall Google Search then Install the market version
Do this prior to flash. If you have already flashed the theme then do this, Reboot Recovery, wipe dalvik, then reflash the theme.
Just flashed -- first of all, I really like the flash on top of 1.76 as opposed to the entirely separate ROM approach of previous versions -- MOST IMPORTANT -- it's really a beautiful, elegant theme -- really, really nice. Thanks again Brando!!

+1 to that
If I'm using the older version that was the whole Rom approach ,can I flash this one on top of it or do I have to go stock then flash this? Also is there a changelog so I know if I should even go through the trouble? The one I'm running is pretty fricking slick as is! Nice work btw!

No do not flash this on top of the older version. The older version was a Themed Rom. This version is a theme. Plus the older version is based on an older version of MikShifted G. I believe the last version was v1.4 . This version is based on MikShifted G v1.76 . So they are not compatible. Best thing to do, is if your already on MikShifted G v1.76. Boot into recovery wipe Dalvik and Cache. Then flash away. But if your not on MikShifted G v1.76, do a FULL Wipe and flash according to THIS guide. Let it settle in, boot into recovery. Wipe Dalvik, wipe Cache, then flash the Theme. You should be good to go . No there's no channel log for the new one. But believe me it is a very extensive theme.
Amazing man, always loved this theme. Keep up the great work.

Trying it out now Mr helpful lol its kinda weird that we have to flash sense themes isn't it? I mean you can download them from HTC hub so there has to be a way for us to create them in apk format. I'm not complaining or anything, I'm just trying to learn especially since HTC was supposed to release the sense source. Not sure if they did or not since I'm still kinda new to the higher end devices. I'm sure even if they did, as extensive as the theme seems to be it may have needed it anyway to modify some of the framework values etc.....anyway, I'm rambling lol let me get this downloaded and try it out! Thanks again man!

If I understand you, your on MikG v2.56 for the EVO4G correct? Only issue is this is for MikShifted G 1.76 for the EVO Shift . I do believe Brandon might be working on a version for the EVO4G. This will not work for you .

The ROM your referencing is "MikG 2.56" that is a ROM for the EVO 4G, not the EVO Shift 4G (the shift has a keyboard, EVO doesn't)
If your running MikG 2.56 then you have an EVO not an EVO Shift. In that case this theme will not work for you. as this is made for The EVO Shift running Mikshifted-G 1.76
Now if you DO have an EVO Shift and am running Mikshifted-G 1.76 and just made a mistake on the ROM name then this should work fine for you

Keyboard . Ok if you want a MikMik Rom then your choices are MikShifted G v1.76, or Supreme Sense v8. You can also click on the link in my Sig to go to the MikMik for more stuff.

Aw hell so which one is better? I thought they are the same thing
Evo Shift 4g MikG ROM v2.56 Goin Hard in Tha Paint baby!
It's not which is better. Both are great . More a matter of which you prefer. If you want Brando's Executive Theme then it's going to have to be MikShifted G v1.76. Which is an Uber stable, fast, and highly optimized version of the GB release with a lot of Sense 3.0 mixed in. Supreme Sense is MikShifted G with even more 3.0 Sense. Including the Sense 3.0 carousel and widgets .

Yea, when that SBF got posted it was just as I was starting to finish this one up. Made me sad haha.
I haven't looked into the current state of 1.4.2 but assuming someone has figured our how to root/deodex it, I will start porting this over ASAP. I am hoping it won't take me nearly as long to port it over as it took to build it the first time.

Ok guys, for all you people that are out there that love the CriskeloRom for the I9100 and wanted it on your I777, I am in the process of building it right now! I know I really like it and I am sure there are many fans out there. I need feedback before I complete the build tomorrow, what I want to know is what modem is the favorite out there right now and I will include that one in the ROM (of course anyone can always flash another modem but want to include a good one right off the bat). Personally I like the I777UCKJ4.
This will be using the Siyah kernel version 2.4.2 to start off with.
I will be uploading the ROM tomorrow after getting some feed back and include the link to the download here. In the mean time check out the link below to see more images and a full set of features of the ROM, it is a work of ART!

Not trying to be a ****. But its the truth.

What I think you're failing to understand is that we have hellraiser thanks to entropy. People can have it if they want. There's no need for a thread. Otherwise we would have a million i9100 roms in our i777 forum bro. No need to take offense dude. All I was saying is this has been and can be done really easily already.

You are good but you should make one badass ROM that will beat every single ROM in GSM section. We don't have MeanROM here so the fastest and most stable are MikRunny or KingCobra. Leedroid for me wasn't so good.

You should make something like MeanROM but GSM version. You need to make it super fast, lag free and battery saving.
Edit: And if it will look 100% stock it would be just DOPE.

Okay now you have model for ROM.
Sense 3.0 so 3D works and camera on all phones;
Odexed;
V6 script integrated for free RAM;
Tweaks;
OC max 1.7 or 1.8ghz;
Battery saving;
No beats support because there is no difference in sound;
Pure stock look.

I really want to make ROM but im noob in this. I don't understand how to do it and I don't have anyone who could teach me.
Hi Lol,
Thanks a lot for you hard work.
I love your roms.
However, I found some problem with them (at times). I cant remember which roms were they, but:
- the first few days after installation, everything went so smoothly, good scrolling and everything.
- 2,3 days later (after just regular used with all apps installed on the first installation, nothing else was installed since then), they all start to get buggy, slow, scrolling lag. Sometimes, the keyboard lags too, and its horrible (original htc keyboard)
For example, if i type a sentence, some letter appeared to be lag-stucked, just like you "press and hold" on those keys. very annoying.
if anything, can you make a rom that's maximized speed? or anything that i dont have to reinstall every few days

all i done was used monx senseless rom, used system app remover, removed neaerly every widget, htc stuff, as barebones as i could get and add launcherpro, funny thing i used to hate sense because of my wildfire, but using se launcher on my old phone made me realize how awesome sense is, i really love miui because i bought my desire just to run it on it.

I really hated Sense when I was playing around with my dads HTC Tattoo but when my EVO 3D arrived I understood how awesome Sense is. I tryed Sense 4 and I just love it. I can't wait for the official release if we will have it. Or maybe I will just buy One X and use Evo 3D as toy or try to learn developing on it. I tried MIUI and I didn't like it but I love the look of MIUI.
Hey mate , any instruction to flash the rom ? Simply boot into CWM recovery >>> wipe bla bla bla >>> flash the zip ? Do I need to flash gapps ?
I am currently bootloader unlocked using HTCdev and rooted by using adb to flash SU and recovery.
Am I ready to flash this rom ?

ROM based on CM9 source. I pulled the ROM right before my hard drive crashed with cm9/aokp repos so it may be a few days till I can get an update out. Test the ROM out and let me know what is wrong other than the usual AOSP things. Make sure you download the GAPPS that is listed below the ROM download to make sure GAPPS works in hybrid/tablet mode.
ROM is based off of CM9 and source can be found on Gitub
-Stock lockscreen sometimes causes an error. This is being looked into. Some say they have these problems and others say they don't. I did but I just disabled the stock lockscreen in security settings.

I'm not sure if there is a data outage in my area or what but I can't seem to get data to work at all. I could have sworn that when I was first testing this, I was messing around on the market place just to check out hybrid mode and I had a signal. Data was working on the CM9 compile that I based this off of as well. I have to get some sleep for the night but report back about data and I'll check in the morning.

Damn you beat me Quada! Guess I have to find something else to port :b.
Great job on this though, I'm definitely flashing.

I beat you at what? Porting? Haha I didn't know it was a race!
The ROM itself was stupid easy to port, just take a CM base and add in the paranoid tweaks and some framework stuffs. For some reason I still don't get working data with this, not even 1x. I think in the process of moving some framework files around, I got rid of Chad's RIL fix somehow.
I pulled the DL link because I got two users who told me that they were experiencing boot loops. I have had no problems with boot loops so maybe it was just a bad upload. When I get home tonight I will definitely reupload the ROM.
If you'd like, you should still work toward Paranoid. As far as porting goes, this would probably be the easiest ROM to learn on. There are some great tutorials of what you need to decompile and what framework files you need to edit on the nexus Paranoid thread. I am new to this as well, but feel free to PM me and we can collaborate our efforts!

I re-uploaded the ROM. I reflashed to make sure I wasn't having bootloop issues and I'm still not having issues. May have just been a bad upload. Data still is a WIP. I haven't looked at it today yet and I won't be able to tonight. If you just want to check out some of the features of this ROM, just flash the ROM and do NOT flash the gapps. This way the setup will not prompt for activation.

Thanks you guys! Let me know if you find any problems. Ill see what I can do to fix them. Also make sure you follow the install directions all the way through. In the future post-install user edits wont be required. I just need to work out some kinks first and im learning as I go. =)
Nice! This is definitely different (ICS with Google Now). Just curious, how essential is Launcher 7? I'm guessing not at all, but I'm curious. I'm enjoying CM7 currently, but this is highly tempting.

Noo it's not required at all. But consider trying it out you might like it! :good:
Also, in case any of you are wondering why the base isn't JellyBean... I had been using JB ever since release and went back to ICS one day and had completely forgotten how smooth and easy on the battery it is. I figured as long as i could get some of the main features of JB (Google Now) working it might be worth it to revert back to ICS until our JB matures a bit more and/or we get those missing components from Moto.

what's modded in the launcher 7..? I had already bought the launcher 7 donate for an older phone. If I install it, will i have to extract the apk and modify it?

As of right now the only thing modded are the default 1x1 and 1x2 icons used for tiles, but this will change shortly. You can achieve the same result with the paid version of launcher7 by downloading the icon pack i linked to in the Addons section of the op. The only irritating part about this is you will need to use a program like Quickpic and set its background color to white to actually 'see' what you are selecting when changing a tiles icon due to them being black.
I have to host the rom elsewhere, my links went down. Hmm not sure where would be good though.. Sorry for the inconvenience to those wanting to try the ROM. I'll be reuploading later today and may have a ROM update too if all goes well.
Double post woops.

Nope, not wondering at all! Your reasoning makes a lot of sense.
And I don't need to consider trying Launcher 7; I have in the past. I do like it, but it's not for me. Launcher 7, and WP7 in general, I feel, is not very app-centric at all. It's for people who use their phone for phone stuff and have maybe a couple apps. I have 51 apps installed (in Google Play) and I use probably a dozen at least weekly (if not more). I feel like L7/WP7 are more minimalist than I need. But I do like the idea. I actually like a semi-minimalist appearance on my phone; apps are grouped in folders, and aligned to the bottom of the screen, with widgets at the top. But I have access to a lot of apps in a short distance from any given point. That said, I do like seeing you base the presentation of your ROM around a launcher that doesn't resemble AOSP. It's a fairly unique approach. And that's the mentality I like to see in devs. It's thinking outside the box, as it were.
Links are back up. Will be updating the ROM soon.
::UPDATE::
Version 1.1 is released.

You flashed version 1.1? Within the aroma installer did you choose to do a full wipe? Did you choose gsm or cdma? Did it appear to install correctly or hang at a specific part? What recovery version are you running? I use joker v3, haven't tested it with anything else. Did the dual core screen begin to make little waves as if trying to boot? I'll see if I can get you sorted out.
:EDIT:
Thinking it was a bad upload I downloaded the rom and flashed. Within aroma I selected full wipe, cdma, and installed it. Booted up just fine for me.

I've been thinking of ditching the aroma installer too actually. I will make the next version without aroma. Again though, can you give me any more details? Does the aroma installer actually go all the way through and seem to install fine? What options did you pick? What recovery youre using?
