I saw the post below, but I am new and can't post to ask questions. I just want to put the preloads back on my phone. I'm not tech savvy and didn't know that changing out sd cards would take away the preloads. Can anyone send me the file stuff to my email: [email protected] or give me other options on how to get it an back it up?
This is the post I was trying to repsond to...
Stock Evo 3d SD Card Contents *.zip *Now LIVE*
Here are the Evo3d stock file contents of the SD CARD as you would get with a new phone coming from Sprint. Just format the card and copy only the contents inside the SD directory to the card and boot your phone for a full stock experience with the Green Hornet movie and other files.
Please do not flame me if this is in the wrong section. I thought the development section may be appropriate for this content, given so many may want to have access to it. Thank you.
Directions:
1-Unzip file to directory
2-Open SD Directory
3-Copy all contents of /SD directory to cleanly formatted SD CARD
4-Enjoy
Remember, you will need to have hidden files and folders enabled through tools to view the hidden files located on the root of the SD card zip file to have a full transfer of all content.
Why don't you just copy and paste the contents your original sdcard to the new one? ...

Hi Team,
Is there a file manager which will allow me to copy files from the SD card to the phone's memory? I ask because I have ringtones on my SD card which the phone can't read when the USB is plugged in, and I'd like to move them to the main ringtone folder. Thanks!
UPDATE: Sorry to bother everyone - I found and used Root Explorer!
Hey guys,
Sorry if this is a dum question but i cant figure out what the issue is. I have a 4gb micro sd card in my Vegan Gtablet. I can go into es explorer and see the sdcard 2. I have been able to create a folder in that sdcard 2. When i take it out the folder is gone so i know that is the place i need to be. Anyways When i try to move media files from sdcard to sdcard 2. It gives me a error and wont move it. What am i doing wrong or am i missing something?
Any help would be great. Thx.
have you tried using Root Explorer to make the folder r/w? I'd like to understand the difference between the sdcard and the sdcard2. I have my gtab (vegan) mounted currently to my pc, and i see sdcard as empty and sdcard2 with files, but when i had no card in, the sdcard had the contents and sdcard 2 was empty.... Anyone have insight on these folders?

There should be a button at the top of the file list to change from RO (Read only) to RW (Read Write) file systems.
When i went into Sdcard 2 no such option. When i went to Sdcard there was. When i went back and held down on SDcard 2 and went to permission that is where i got the error.
Did you format the micro sd card correctly? I had some problems and then formatted it on my PC to FAT32 (make sure you back up your files on the card beforehand to your PC) and all was ok. I can transfer files to it via es file explorer or Astro.
vcs11 - your computer won't show your micro sd (sdcard2), only the internal storage. Disappearing files on sdcard2 seems to be pretty common. For a solution search the forum for ".nomedia" file.
Im curious if any of the Devs have a zip of the files on the SD card when you FIRST get it. I had to wipe my card, but want the stock files for a backup card. Call it my "System Disk".
when you boot your phone it will create all the necessary folders and whatnot
Hi Albert,
Being a total noobie and having never done this before please bear with me. I used your directions to create the Root, Rom and Recovery sdcard.
I downloaded all the files and loaded PowerISO and followed your instructions on creating the card:
1. Created a folder on the desktop named R3 SD Card
2. Extracted the files from Root SD Card image with sideloadable app packet and moved them to the R3 folder.
3. Extracted the files from SD card image with 2GB partition and moved them to the R3 folder.
4. Use power ISO to open the image file of the Root SD Card image and copy all files to clipboard (I couldn’t figure out how to paste them back into the image file for the SD card image so copied them to a 2nd folder).
5. Use power ISO to open the image file of the SD card image and paste files from previous image copied. Delete update.zip
6. Still using Power ISO on SD card w/2gb partition, copy in the sideloadable app pack (unzipped), Recovery Rom (unzipped and only the Clockworkmod folder), CM7 (still zipped)
7. Resaved the SD card image using PowerISO
8. Wrote the SD card w/2gb partition to the external SD Drive on the NT.
I did boot from the new card into CMW and saw the various files.
Being paranoid and understanding that you can only go by what I wrote...does it sound like I did this right?
Just wanted a double-check before jumping off the bridge and loading CM7.
Thanks so much for everything.

Need those files
Hey is there a way you can me those file please????
Hi Guys,
I am planning to replace my current sd card(8g) with a new one(16g)
can i just copy the files to the new sd card?
Please help.
Thanks.
Yes, but pay attention to hidden files.
Yeah you can just copy/paste/move everything from the old SD to the new SD via a computer. If you're running Windows, make sure you have "Show hidden files and folders" via the folder settings checked so it displays the hidden files your phone might need on the new SD. After it all copies over you can choose to not show the hidden files anymore.
