Ever since going to Alpha 3 I am no longer able to tether my tp to my LG Revolution LTE. Anybody with any phone having this problem? Any Revo owners with this problem?
I am using Wifi Tether v3 alpha 7
Sent from my HP Touchpad powered by CyanogenMod 7.1 alpha (Android 2.3.7)
Ok.. so I flashed back to alpha 2. So I will change the question. What files do I need to copy from alpha 2 to 3 in order to keep tethering working? Is is just the wpa_supplicant files?
/data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant
/ect/wifi/wpa_supplicant
/system/bin/wpa_supplicant
thx!!

I had trouble enabling my wifi when I upgraded to BehradGH Rom Series | CyanogenMod 7.1 RC 2.1 "Updated" 2.3.7 "Cyano Ace"..
Help Please!!!
Did you restore access points using titanium backup? That will cause an error.
I didn't...I just flashed from that Cyanogenmod Update then the wifi doesn't work or it shows error
I installed miui v4 beta 5 on my father's galaxy ace. It has got its problems but one major problem is the bluetooth. When I go to settings and select the bluetooth option, it keeps showing a message "Turning on". Had the same problem in cyanogenmod 9 too. The bluetooth works fine on the stock ROM. Anyone got a solution for this??? I know that miui v4 for ace by teamcooper is based on cm 9 but the changelog says that the bluetooth works fine.
Hi,
Is it possible to install a CyanogenMod 10.1 ROM on my SCH-R760, which is the U.S. Cellular version of the Samsung Galaxy S II? Many CM ROMs for that phone are ports of the Epic 4G Touch CM builds, so I was thinking it was possible, or at least in the works. I recently installed CM10 (by first flashing Sbrissen's 6.xxx kernel) on that phone and love it—however, I'd love to upgrade to CM10.1... or possibly somehow get the Chronus Clock/cLock app/widget/lockscreen on regular CM10?
Thanks for the help!
EDIT: Nevermind, got it working!
Hi. Could you explain how you got the ROM working? What version you used etc. and if there are any major bugs? Thanks.
Have to ask this here (beeing a newbie , any of you managed to use PPTP on CM 7.2?
Heard it's based on 2.3.7 and PPTP should work. Myself running stock 2.3.6 on GT-S5839i
and can confirm that it won't connect due to MPPE desync (google for google issue 4706).
I'd like to backport VPN components to stock 2.3.6 through recovery update system,
not confident that Samsung will ever release 2.3.7 based stock rom.
Being satisfied enough with stock functionalities won't risk running cfw or rooted system (yet).
Can somebody confirm that PPTP works with VPNroot on 2.3.6/2.37 based rooted system?
Any feedback/info appreciated, thanks.
Just before i flash the newly rooted SGS2 i was wondering, are there any issues upgrading straight from Android 2.3 to CM10.1 (Android 4.2)?
Thanks!
