I have just completed rooting a new Nook Tablet using the information from XDA.
A message has popped up on the screen that states:
Sorry! The application Android keyboard (process com.android.inputmethod.latin) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
After I press the button to Force close, the message continues to pop up.
Can anyone suggest a fix?

I imagine you'd get more help posting in the devices Q&A section. it's likely others with the device will have had the same problem and know a fix for it
...dont mean this to sound as pretentious as it does, lol.
Try "Fix Permissions" and reboot.

I keep getting this error ever since I did the Android 2.1 Optimiser!
Anyone want to help?
The application SocialSeriviceSetting (process com.sonyericsson.android.socialservicesetting) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Edit-
it was pissing me off, so I just uninstalled it. I'm guessing it had something to do with the syncing regarding timescape... I don't really care since I don't use Timescape
Anyone experiencing the same problem?
I've tried "Socialcam". When I tap on the camera button the application quits with an error ("Sorry! The application Socialcam (process com.socialcam.android) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again). I had problems with "qik" too, but that was maybe another issue - the video wouldn't start to upload.
I have similar problem with the stock app - after several pictures, it gets confused and won't display them - if you try to see them it will just start loading the first one forever... at the and the whole app crashes with the message. Buggy phone.
As per the instructions found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1313659 I attempted to get back to stock. The process went as smoothly as I could have hoped, except when the phone reboots and the "touch the android to begin" screen shows up, a bunch of processes begin stopping unexpectedly. For example, on my screen right now "com.google.process.gapps" (Google Services Framework, it says sometimes) has stopped unexpectedly. Other processes (one involving "phone" and another "calendar" occasionally fail as well.
My searching has failed me, so at this point I'm not sure what to do. If anyone has any insight, please share.

did you do factory reset in stock 3e recovery?
I don't know how I missed that, but I did. Thanks a lot, everything is better now.
I will make the long story short. Someone just removed most of my system apps via 3rd party app, then i factory reset it, in hope of my phone will get back to normal
but things go wrong, im stuck at EULA and whenever i press "i accept the terms" it keeps popping out "google play services has stopped" or "messages has stopped", and it gets back to EULA screen again. Any ideas? Help?
Sorry if my english is bad/im posting on the wrong section. Edit: i have no idea what system apps/core apps are missing.
Hi, everyone!
I'm using a Huawei P30 and recently got a sprinkler controller as a present. Later I found articles and reviews that said this device is compatible with Alexa, Apple HomeKit, iOS, Android, etc. So I downloaded this Rachio app. For some reason, this app and some others stopped responding. I tried to restart my phone and reinstall these apps, but it doesn't help. Maybe someone had the same or similar problem and already found a solution?
Thanks in advance!

Nora it's possible to get this app running correctly if you had root...

@NoraHensl
Main reason for an ANR ( read: Application Not Responding ) is device's low RAM and/or GHz.
FYI:
An ANR will occur if you are running a process on the UI thread which takes a long time, usually around 5 seconds. During this time the GUI (Graphical User Interface) will lock up which will result in anything the user presses will not be actioned. After the 5 seconds approx has occurred, if the thread still hasn't recovered then an ANR dialogue box is shown informing the user that the application is not responding and will give the user the choice to either wait, in the hope that the app will eventually recover, or to force close the app.
The easiest way to fix an app that keeps crashing on your Android smartphone is to simply force stop it and open it again. To do this, go to Settings -> Apps and select the app that keeps crashing. Tap on the app's name and then tap on 'Force stop'. Now try opening the app again and see if it works well.
