were may I obtain that I looked in fruitcakes thread and all I see is .77 and .93 I use att atrix usa

I had been using 97 (one bar issue). I bought my wife an atrix (free) and when I was setting it up I noticed its wifi and 4g signals really seemed reliable and snappier (where I am, anyway). It was a gingerbread phone but was running 30P. I searched around and found the sbf for the radio and flashed it (I only use rsd lite to flash radios). It does seem better...

On the Fruitcake Radio section is it labeled 1.77.36P.
This is the radio I have had best luck with.

I am running on at&t too.
Using N_01.100.00R and it worked perfect on Blur-based and CM7-based roms. gps locks immediately and wifi works perfect.

where do you find that?

As per my experience 30p radio has always been the best in terms of battery life and overall network/wi-fi connectivity. I have tried that will blur and non-blur roms (CM7, CM9, MIUI) and it worked flawlessly.
To flash AT&T N_01.77.30P download the "ATT .91 Radio" zip from the fruitcake post. That post also has 36p radio:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1163009
You can download 100r radio from below. It has good speeds but battery life could be less:
100R Radio

And to avoid the one bar lock bug you should do a full wipe between flashing radio's, correct?

@roflestomp
.91 is actually ATT 4.5.91 Gingerbread firmware SBF build for Atrix. .30p radio is also called GB radio.
Link for reference
I have not tried .36p yet. I will try it soon and will post results.

[Q] Which radio to use for BAMF 1.6.3 Remix Coming from BAMF GB 2.0.5

I am wanting to go back to 1.6.3 until a few more bugs are worked out on GB. I'm not sure which radio to download or how to tell which version I need LTE/CDMA, etc...
I keep getting random reboot's on BAMF 2.0.5 and the camera is very buggy. I checked out the manditory radio thread and I'm not sure which one I need. Please help so I can use my phone again.
Use tthe one that you can download in the bamf 1.6.3 thread........its in the first post.......
Oh yeah, Duh.... I forgot about that one i was looking here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1027804 and couldn't find anything about it, so thanks.
One more Q. Is there a certain order to make this work? I know with GB you have to flash rom first then pull battery and boot into Hboot for it to work. Can I do the same or do I need to flash the radio first then ROM?
Not sure about the order, but basically you can flash any of the Froyo (2.2) radios when using DasBAMF 1.6.3
I would honestly try downgrading to the 1.63 rom and seeing if the 4G stops working before flashing any of the radios. The gingerbread radio should work with 1.63.

I'm actually pretty sure it will not (haven't tested myself though).
Here is the radio thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1045081
The first one listed is the newest (2.2) one, which is also linked to in the DasBAMF 1.6.3 thread. Some folks have better luck with the other ones...
Any of the radios listed on this page should work with 1.6.3. If it were me, I'd probably get the ROM and radio saved to my SD card, flash the radio, reboot, then install the 1.6.3 ROM.
GB radios will not work with 2.2 roms, and the order doesn't matter for flashing back

Help with which radio to be using?

Just need a question answered. Rooted then went with dasbam prev 4 and the Mr2 radio. Was having problems with Bluetooth and accessing SD card so went back to the stock Rom from root. Now I need to now which radio to flash back from Mr2 since it does not work with stock rooted Rom?
Thanks

i would go with one of the ones in this thread for froyo myself.
if your already on the mr2 radio i would just flash a rom that has the latest software base (1.66 something i think). if you want to stick with stock theres still plenty of stock or basic de bloat roms that are using that base. i would recommend the perfect storm. it looks fairly stock but has some nice features.
Mr2 has been a major update for me. Radio is much better and gps lock is damn near instant.

I'm running the MR3 gingerbread radio and Imoseyon's leanKernel. Both work good on my phone with CM7.
can you upgrade/downgrade radios as you please?

yes you can upgrade/downgrade.
oh and the prefered radio for CM7 is the MR2.5
however, I find the MR3.5 is a bit better on battery, but slows LTE speeds a tad.
What is MR2.5 radio's revision numbers? I'm not too sure about those.
Thanks
It also depends on your CM7 build. I ran the 7.1.1 build from dev forums dated (10-2) with the latest radios (0906) and had reboot issues along with data drops.
I also just wanted to mention that the use of MR numbering is very misleading with all of the leaks that have been considered MR versions. Just use the date numbering like all the other devices people!
When I changed over to ProTekk's Unofficial Builds and the latest radio I've had almost no issues. I'd recomend getting rom manager (the latest builds aren't on the forums here), grab the latest unofficial build *as of 10-28 the latest build number is 20* and flash the newest radio.
Is it necessary to install a kernel and radio when installing Cyanogen Mod 7.1.1?
How can I tell what Radio I am running?

[Q] Will old tmobile ICS Modems work with new UCLE2 roms?

Im currently running stock rooted gb, and i want to make the switch to ics. I have gone to ics before but went back to gb for stability. Now it seems a lot of the bugs have been fixed, and I want to try the new Only One Rom. However I am on tmobile and want to make sure the modems work. I know the gb modems wont work, but I have some ics modems such as blaze ics modem from the first ics releases. Will those work on these new leaks and roms?
Also once i make a nandroid backup and flash only one ics rom. Will i be able to revert back to gb if needed through my nandroid backup (like you could do with alpha 2 ics rom)?
i switch back and forth all the time, just need to flash the appropriate radio as well each time.
EG: you are on ICS with an ics radio, restore/flash back to GB and flash a GB based radio like Blaze.
I havent been able to get an ICS ROM to work with an ICS Radio. I get a big circle with a strike in it like a not allowed sign. As soon as i go back to GB and flash a GB Radio it picks up 4G any help?

On ics i am using the leet ics gs2 modem. and I get 4g signal but then after a while ill get a notification in the bar saying i lost data because i left my house and it wants me to turn on roaming?! and when i did just to try it i got signal again, but i wasnt sure if i would get charged so i turned it off. Didnt have any of this in gb
At least you get signal i have yet to get that far. Whats the link for the ICS ROM your currently on? Ive tried only one ROM and a no go for me. You should check if it works if it doesnt just restore and flash the radio again because when u flash the new ROM it will flash the UCLE2 radio and you will only get EDGE.

Maybe someone could explain this to me: What exactly is a Radio? I'm assuming a modem is what lets you make phone calls and receive data, but the radio is the GPS/Wifi drivers/firmware?
I had installed Blaze Modem and others trying to fix both a issue with S Voice and GPS. My data got better, and I got more bars but no solution for S Voice or GPS.
(S Voice only works over WiFi, won't work on 4G)
If I understand correctly, maybe I should be looking for compatible radios to flash as well? Any recommendations?
Theyre the same thing try a different radio/modem. Aee if that fixes the gps.
Im on the sgsII leaked one and works fine for.gps..

UVLC8 Baseband is always the go-to radio.

[Q] Best ICS rom if your going to flash a T MOBILE rom

Like the topic says, I have an AT&T note, but T Mobile service. I recently (last night) found the wonderful work by several XDA members of which they supply us with a flashable zip that contains a radio that will give T Mo 4G data speeds.
I forget which one I finally used (there's the SGH-T989 KID radio, VKL1 radio and one called blaze). There is also a build.prop file that completely rendered my device useless (requiring an OS re-install).
I also have a few ICS modems, again the "KID" or is it "K1D" Im not sure... that, the "Blaze" version and one from the carrier "Telus". I also saw a Rodgers version floating around somewhere. I think that was really for the Galaxy S2 but it works with our Note
Anyway I am really missing ICS, I have 2.3.6 now. I need to know what is a good modem radio to flash if Im going ICS. Also whats a good ICS rom (keeping in mind the flashing of the T Mo radio)...
thanks
Roms and modems are interchangeable, meaning you can use whichever modem you want, on whichever Rom you want.
The blaze modem is what you want to use for t-mobile
Also the apn settings for t-mobile would probably be beneficial

So it doesn't matter if the Rom is gingerbread based but the modem is from an ICS build? And Vise/Versa...?
Nope
