I need some one expert in both, computer and android , to help me with my very big problem .
I've ALCATEL OT-990 which run with android system .
H already have it's USB cable but I don't have any CD with or any thing to have the device of it , so I searched every were here and there even google for the solution and get nothing .
here I found some threads but didn't understand any thing .
I need some one to help But he should know that I have windows Xp 32 not 64 or 86
this device is very important so I am able to do many things by finding it as rooting sync and more

Ok , I've find my own solution and the officially one too .
just i've downloaded the pc suite and the device in one RAR file right here .

Another question about Alcatel OT-990:
Why can't I send MMS with data disabled? Is this an Android 2.2 weirdness or a weirdness of this specific device? On Android 2.3 on different device it is possible to send mms with data disabled.

I wanna to Update my android 2.2.2 to higher versions that possible .
Did you try this?
I've tried this app more than one time and it always failed to complete the misssion .
I hope you have another way to done this upgrade .

Does the FOTA app on the device report that there is an update? Did you try to download it and install it over the air with the use of this app? What happened?
There is a way to install Gingerbread on OT-990 and it is explained on this forum, but, lot of providers have decided to stay on Froyo since GB on this device is known to drain baterry fast.
If You still want to experiment with upgrading Your software search forum, here is complete guide.
Let me remind You that this will void Your warranty and if you make a mistake device can be bricked.
Once You install ROM from instructions in link, Yo can install another GB custom ROM, I sugest Marina Lite.
But you must know, custom roms require new bootloader wich is included in first tutorial (first link)
And, yes, when you ask a question, try to be more specific. I didn't understand a thing from first post (or, I couldn't find question in it)

i have been looking over this forum and other sites how to unlock bootloader on my sony xperia S
I think i am almost there but just cant figure out why last few staps wont work.
So i used the introctions on unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions
And at step 13 it goed wrong because my computer wont let me choose a driver.
I did everything following these introctions and didnt missed anything...
Can someone please explain whats wrong ? what i need to do ?
Or is there a other easier way to unlock bootloader ?

There is a thread in development section about how to unlock the bootloader.
And no need for drivers cause windows will install automatically if you are on win7.

i had the similaer issue with my Sony Xperia Sola . then i read a thread here abt using the device manager to do it . pls look for the thread its here some where .
it works like
; u have to plug in the usb with the Volume Button up , down . and then as soon as in the device manager it shows the S1 fast boot device , rite click on it and click , Update Driver, .
: unplug the device as the blue lite will go off in seconds .
: look for the usb winsub drives in the Android>SDK>Extras> Google>USB ( assuming that u have already replaced the drivers with the drivers from the Soy official unlocking page here ,

You have to be very very fast in doing this . it took me 2 weeks to understand all this and get it down . i hope it works for u . this is only way u can unlock til now . Take my word for it . but i also suggest that also look for that thread here on the forums . its there some i just cat find it any more . but i am sure u can .

I need to restore to default to my nokia lumia 800 because i have serious problem with marketplace ..When i preess download its show an error 805a0190 whitch i think that it has to do with the unlock the previus person has the phone does...
It seems that it hasnt any custom rom but only the unlock...
Please help me restore it to default if there is any way...

Navifirm is not working...Says cannot connect with the server...
Pleas i have galaxy P1000 , and now it doesn't work , someone made full format for every thing , and the device can't start right now ,
So pleas i want to reinstall the android Os for my device . pleas let me know how...and for your info. when i connect the device to my computer it's can't read it as USB to let me copy any files to it..so how can i loge into my device threw my computer and install the software?

Mabye if i can delete something from system and phone will not work correctly , i want to damage my phone system ...
Do you honestly think we'd help you to desert us to android ? I think not. Wait til your upgrade date to do that.
