Pretty simple this... ClockworkMod images that allow you to change the CSC region configured on your device. Handy if your ROM has installed a region other than your own and you want to switch for Samsung Apps etc. Simply download and flash via ClockworkMod. This is for KG6 ROMs.
CPW (UK & Ireland Carphone Warehouse) - DOWNLOAD
DBT (Germany) - DOWNLOAD
ITV (Italy) - DOWNLOAD
KOR (Korea / Test) - DOWNLOAD
XEF (France) - DOWNLOAD
XEO (Poland) - DOWNLOAD
XEU (UK & Ireland Generic) - DOWNLOAD
Enjoy!

Thanks for this.. Would certainly be handy.
A quick question though, normally changing CSC codes mean wiping the phone, so is it safe to assume flashing this over will wipe, or does it simply allow you to change CSC codes the vanilla way when before you couldn't.
thanks for sharing
Paul.. Can I know which one can I use for Singapore?

Did a quick search, XSP/XSO is supposed to be the one you need (XSP = Singapore unbranded/generic, XSO = Singtel specific). But it's not available here (or @ intratech's relevant thread). Maybe you can flash one that seems more suitable for your region. Take a look at the following:
XEF - France (Orange F, F SFR, BOUYGTEL, NRJ (SFR), Virgin, Tele2, Auchan, Carrefour, NRJ (ORANGE), Orange (340 01), Orange (647 00), Debitel, Leclerc, Digicel)
XEO - Poland (Plus, Era, Heyah, Orange, Play)
XEU - UK & IRE (O2 UK, Orange UK, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Vodafone UK, TESCO, BT Mobile, H3G, Asda, O2 IRL, Vodafone IE, Meteor, H3G IE, Tesco Mobile Ireland)
KOR - Korea (SEC Test)
ITV - Italy (TIM, Vodafone, WIND, H3G)
DBT - Germany (T-Mobile D, Vodafone.de, E-Plus, o2 - de)
CPW - UK & IRE (O2 UK, Orange UK, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Vodafone UK, TESCO, BT Mobile, H3G, Asda, O2 IRL, Vodafone IE, Meteor, H3G IE, Tesco Mobile Ireland)

Thanks paul. Its will come handy
Apologies for not adding the country codes yesterday, I was in something of a hurry as it was getting late.
Thanks phunkycow for the reply, i've also added them to the first post now.

CPW carphone warehouse is probably the best CSC for UK and Ireland as it has most if not all the networks in it . ( bar giffgaff)
jje
Just to clarify this is applying the /csc subdirectory so your device knows which CSC it is, it doesn't include any extra apps or anything else applied with the CSC.

Actually this is a bit not precise, because these codes are for unbranded phones (but i think not all even).
Take a look at this
This is more comprehensive, there was once a list on xda of these, I think on the I9000 forum. These codes don't change between Samsung's phones (example are two polish carriers with codes IDE and ERA first is called Orange for a feeew years now and the second is T-Mobile)

Actually the list i posted comes originally from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=779580 which is a lot more comprehensive but the info is the same.
Anyway, if you find a better/more accurate list please do post it. All I did was just a quick search so I wouldn't swear on it.
