I just got an email that said my order is now processing. I went to look on the att site and it's no longer back ordered. Hopefully later today, I'll get the shipping and tracking email.

The only email I received today is an order cancelation around 2pm.
Mine will be delivered by 3pm on the 17th. I just got the email.
I got the email a few minutes ago, but I got a tracking number from refreshing the online order status about 2 hours ago. Check the online order status screen (see the "Shipping status" thread for 25+ pages of ranting).

I didn't get an email, but I just checked online and it has been FEDEX'ed overnight, so I should get it on the 17th.
Same here, fedex says 17th before 3:00....when I'm not home, so I'll have to go pick it up on Saturday....very sad...

well, the countless of other pre-order posts say that they contact newegg and get mixed results...as with every other retailer.
simply, we just dont know. Nobody knows. You'll get it sometime within the next month, that's all we have

Just checked, New-egg.com US website still showing ETA of 12/27- They are a major electronics e-tailer here in the US, so I am "cautiously optimistic" that something may change and they receive stock and ship at or around the same time as Best-Buy on 12/18. They haven't sent any e-mails or any updates since they changed the original ship date from 12/8 to 12/27..... Just a ray of hope is all I have left to cling to..... what has become of me??? I ask myself- will my prime ever arrive to save the day???

Given that Newegg posted the 12/27 ETA over a week ago when it seemed that no retailer had any idea when they'd be arriving, I don't see how the date could be set in stone. It's unfortunate that no one at customer service has any idea what's going on, but since I haven't heard that date from any other seller, I'm assuming it's pretty meaningless. Just wish I knew whether there's any chance we'll get them before Xmas.

I know right, I had an order in with Abes of Maine, but they imagined their inventory, so they couldn't fulfill their orders, so I pulled that. Thank God I had that alert set up for multiple email addresses and happened to have my email account on screen when it came in.

Haha, same here! Got the oversold email from Abe this morning and was p*ssed. Then a few hours later, was lucky enough to be in my phone when the NewEgg auto notify email came in. Ran over to my laptop and placed the order!

Yep i had auto reply set up at newegg and nowinstock. I got the newegg notification and ordered it in about 45 seconds. I was well beyond confirming my order by the time nowinstock emailed me. Just a thought for those who really want one.
My order has been successfully charged. Hopefully they only do that when they confirm stock.
I also had to cancel an abe order.

I ordered mine as soon as I received an text/email from nowinstock.net. My email records show that they were in stock at 5:14pm EST and I finsihed placing mine at 5:19pm EST. It took me 4 minutes to login and pay by paypal. I wasn't getting screwed on this one.
Keyboard has shipped and i've recieved a UPS tracking number. Can't pull it up yet though, so still waiting on that.

Well contact Gary key with your RMA number and email address and a piece of your mind... One of the managers under him should contact you.... Via email or phone usually both!
What should happen is they will find a replacement for you and ask your permission to test is for issues... Then depending on where you are located the should overnight it! I will be receiving mine today!

Mine was in WB5 Status for about 2 weeks. Earlier today in Changed to WAITEX and within the last hour changed to Ready to Ship with a new C10 Serial. Was this also your experience?
Yes mine just changed to Ready to ship also C10, new number. I had sent it in for no GPS and wifi dropping out. Hope there is a good out come 3 weeks later

I admittedlty haven't been following too closely to these.forums since I returned mine. I used the search on xda app for Gary key but didn't see anything useful. Thanks in advance.

I think this indicates that Sprint sold a lot.more phones than anticipated and had to cut wirefly short to meet their own obligation. Wirefly orderers should have been concerned when they hit the order button but they should especially be concerned about the s 4 shortage.
