The built in voice dialer on android requires a confirmation whenever using the voice dialer which completely defeats the purpose. I ride a motorcycle with a headset built attached to the helmet. It has the ability to voice dial simply by tapping button on the headset and giving the command. Problem is it doesn't work with android because the poorly implemented voice dialer requires a "hands on" confirmation which is extremely unsafe on a bike. I can receive calls great, simply by speaking "answer" loudly which is a feature of the headset. I simply can't make calls hands free. Any one have any suggestions?

Question for somebody who has actually handled a Lapdock: how do phone calls work? Will it make/receive calls with a bluetooth headset? If you do not have bluetooth active will it turn on the speakerphone? Or, do calls not work while on the Lapdock?
Oh, and if you are on the phone, will it still surf the web (wi-fi or otherwise)?
Okay, I can chime in with a few answers...
Phone calls without bluetooth headset - Yes it defaults to speaker phone and works great.
Using webtop while talking - If you're only on cdma you'll lose your internet connection however with either wimax or wifi on you'll still be able to surf in style. (Webtop speed doesn't to affected either)
I would guess that if you're using a bluetooth headset it's just connect with that as normal but I'm not 100% as I don't own a bluetooth headset to test it with.
MY Plantronics Voyager Pro HD is the best in sound quality. But I cannot use the Caller ID announce app due to the in built ringtone on the BT. I am looking for an app that will fool the BT into thinking there is no ring but simply an A2DP data being transferred to the BT, when a new call is coming in.
The point is not to remove the phone from the holster just to see who's calling.

I've noticed on all the HTC Devices I've used (Desire HD, EVO3D, possibly others) that the call volume is lower on voip, especially native SIP calling.
Native SIP calling is probably 30% less loud than native GSM calling.
Any way to mod this?
I've just purchased a Go Groove device for my car this connects to my S3 via Bluetooth and then connects to my car radio via FM. It works pretty well I can hear callers clearly but unfortunately they are saying they can barely hear my voice.
Is there any way to increase my voice to my caller?
