Ok, this phone is driving me nuts, honestly, if I play a game for 10 minutes, it drinks like an Australian. So, I know Nokia diagnostics is not accurate yada yada, neither I nor Nokia did once state that it is, but it is useful for estimation. So can everybody kindly pop down a few details of there phones battery status/diagnostics on here. Would help if we can narrow it down to see if there's a pattern of problems. I'll start with mine.

Strange, today, my phone, (even after not installing any background using apps) battery is acting strange, hitting from 190 - 324 mA, with standby current at -1mA, I lost 55% battery last night on standby, I gave it a full charge this afternoon and it's already on 33% after 7 hours. something is definitely wrong after every charges.
Well I have been having the same problems with the battery as you guys, but here is a new twist:
Last night, before charging, I switched the phone off completely. Then I plugged it into the charger and of course the phone switched itself on and started charging. Fully charged at around 11pm so I unplugged it and went to bed. It is now 1pm in the afternoon and am still at 75% charge and the phone tells me it'll be good for another 16 hours........
Not seen that before now.

I'm starting to think that either a) Nokia knows they have a few defective devices and doesn't want to replace them unless customer complains or b) Nokia doesn't realise that there are defective devices and can't acknowledge the complaints but are replacing the handsets with the most complaints received.
Makes me think, have they become cowboys on there successful mobiles?
surely, the Lumia 800 is a thirsty thing. My one year old Iphone 4 has better battery life. Last night, in airplane mode, my Lumia drained from 90% to 53% in about 7 hrs.
Yesterday I had to buy a charger to use at work. It's a shame since it's really a wonderful phone..

Try a factory reset if you have not done so yet. It has helped many with battery issues such as yours. Your battery drain is not normal at all and I would not accept it.
Hi
I have got Lumia for few days, and can't really say how long it works. First day didn't shocked me, but it was acceptable (About 3/5 day, little sad, but nothing to do about it), because all my friends wanted to play with this phone. Yesterday when it had about 20-25% of baterry I decided to check standby time and it gives me standby/very light usage 17hours, so it's nice.
Today when I was charging I looked into diagnostics and it was very strange for me, because it shown average current over 300mA, then I started game to see what would happen, and it gave me about 250-260mA. Strange? After this I turn game of, played little bit with settings and unchecked localization in camera and turn on general localization (because I turn off localization few minutes before), and guess what? 80-86mA! This is sick. I try to turn localization in camera to check if it causes hard battery drain, but after this nothing happened, still 80-86mA. I think it's lottery...
After disconnecting charger it show now 167mA, but I noticed that this app drain lots of power, so I uninstal it.
Phone shows now 1 day and 15 hours (Actually it was showing, because when I turn on diagnostic it ate 1% of battery, and now I'm charging it again, to gain full capacity)
PS: Sorry for my bad English
And My F/W is: 1600.2483.8107.11501
The best I can do is 2 days and 5 hours, that's with Edge connection only, mobile data off, 30 mins WiFi internet browsing (WiFi turned off all other times), no bluetooth, location turned off, no email/facebook sync, brightness on auto, no background apps whatsoever, a fair few texts and a couple of calls.
If I turn on google mail sync (every hour), my battery life wont last any longer than 10 - 12 hours max. Really don't understand why that kills the battery so much...
I got a craaaaazy reading today too, check this:

Gremlins, it's the only explanation.
I did the same switch off and then plug in on thursday and all I got was 10 hours at best. However, friday I did the same and now as we speak (8:30 pm) I still have 16 hours to go.....

Mine (actually not mine - I switched phones with my mom, I will write in other post why) got crazy too.
It's after hard reset from menu and few sim changes (don't know what is responsible for this maybe date change) but it looks like this:
If it comes to battery life, I'm little disappointed with it, because burn battery really fast, but after this reset it's on standby for about day now, but mostly standby, maybe two calls, and some very little actions on IE and no auto sync (but 3G and data on, no wifi, because I have good).
But If it stays like this, I think it should make up a day with medium use, but still, this is not what I've seen in video on nokia youtube channel
And of course I would be glad to have two days medium-heavy usage like some people saying in comments under that video.
Sorry, wrong thread.
Related
I don't heavily use my phone, maybe medium usage. However, I usually get over 20 hours of battery life every day, if I don't charge when I hit 20%.

Is this... Normal, or is this... Accurate? I haven't timed the actual hours, only went on the time given by the battery usage app. I -have- calibrated the battery correctly after flashing to CM7.1 nightly (not after each flash, just the first flash).
My old phone (3GS) had about 6-7 hours less, I'm very impressed.
I'm experiencing similar battery life ever since installing Cognition + Entropy and using battery calibration. The battery died fairly quick when stock though.

I admit my usage is pretty light, but 14h to 60% is poor for my usage patterns.
However there seems to be a lot of awake/screen-on time for you...
As to battery calibration - doesn't do anything on our phones except possibly make the fuel gauge COMPLETELY wack out, triggering the fuel_alert wakelock bug. (next kernel will fix that bug though - not the root cause of the fuel gauge wacking out but at least the perma-wakelock it causes.)
I'm stock and getting 18 hours of battery, 5.5 hours of screen on time. This its with live wallpapers, Facebook widgets, etc.

I'm on CM7.1 nightlies. They're amazing. I have tasker running, turnning off wifi and bluetooth and 3G/HSPA+ when not in use. But seeing that people are getting similar or better battery usage is crazy. I can't believe it to be honest. When my 3GS was brand new it didn't get close to this.
Very impressed overall.
I'm lucky to get 2 hours of screen time...

2hr phone call, 5 hours of local mp3 and another 2 of Pandora on 3G, and some gaming and I'm at 41%. My N1 with CM7 would have died long ago.
i am getting horrible battery life if the average is 14 hours of moderate use... eitehr that or i am a heavy user and dont realize it
Hi, I'm new to XDA...
I have the i777.
How can so many hours of battery life be achieved? I have stock everything. Does CM7 really make the batter life last much longer?
I was getting terrible battery life using the stock ATT build but since switching to CM7 its been a lot better. Sitting at 13 hrs with 26% left. I am trying to figure out why the Android system for me seems to run really high (70% or more). I have sync turned off, no GPS or BT and only use Wifi when needed. I will say that looking at CPU Spy since moving to CM7 my phone is getting into more Deep Sleep which is good. I notice that Google Maps runs a lot as well as the NFC service. Its confusing because NFC isn't even enabled on the phone? Any ideas to lower Android OS would be appreciated.

Interesting. For me on stock, the Display is always the highest percentage.

Those are the correct stats.
One of the main contributions CM7 has to battery life is plain and simple debloating.
For those that have unexplained drain issues, the following technique is useful:
Install CPUSpy
Get ADB up and running on your PC - for Windows users, Droid Explorer is usually the quickest route
Charge your phone, take it off the charger, reboot (this resets all stats)
Reset CPU timers in CPUSpy (menu->reset timers) - they're often bogus on boot
Let the phone sit for a few hours
Check CPUSpy for deep sleep percentages - when a phone is idle in moderate signal, it should usually be 90-95%. On wifi you can potentially hit 96-97%.
If the deep sleep percentage is very low, collect data using ADB:
Code:
adb shell cat /proc/wakelocks > wakelocks.txt
Post wakelocks.txt here for analysis.
I got JuiceDefenderUlt and I actually think it's well worth the $. I used it heavily today during for about 5 hours and it didn't dip below 80%, very suprising when bfore JDU it would be at 50-60%. I think I can probably go 2 days without a charge and it might survive.
Everyone 's definition of "medium" or "high" usage is different. Need to post some display numbers.
I think my best one was 95% battery to below 5%, 4 hours and 30 minutes of screen on time, 16 hours on battery.

Let's get some info going on battery life.
I bump charged 3 times this morning so its time to put this bad boy to the test.
I have auto brightness off. WiFi 4g Bluetooth and GPS on.
Update 1
It's been just over 5 hours and I'm sitting at 74%. Moderate usage. Websurfing facebook one 20 min phone call. Not bad at all. Been on 4g most of the time
Update 2
my day is over, im home battery is at 17% and I used the phone quite a bit. Had to navigate for about 15 min in there. Used 4g most of the time, tho there was about 4 hours of Wifi usage in there too.
so that is about 12 hours of usage here. I bumped charged 3 times as i said. I dont think the "small" battery is an issue at all!
Sent from my HTC Rezound using XDA App
so far, i'm getting the same as my incredible haha..i don't have 4g here so, i'm on wifi all day
2 hours into it, 81%..that's NOT bump charging either.
2 horus into my 1500mah inc, i'd be at like 75%. so i'd say SO FAR she's doing well..
this is also wtih 76% display, using it for 48 minutes outta those 2 hours. not bad!! and she's idling at a cool 24.4 degrees C here...battery left widget is a good widget
I'm seeing the same as the dinc too. Battery was halfway down at 4 hours of running time. That is with 4G enabled, WiFi off, BT off, GPS on. Screen Brightness on medium. It seems to be on pace to last 8-9 hours. I did stream some Pandora and visited some websites. Also, service in my building is spotty so my phone will search for a signal and switches between 3G and 4G all day. The battery shouldn't be a problem on this phone with normal use.
10 hours, 50 minutes on battery so far:
45%.
not bad! this isn't 4g though, this is all 3g and wifi..pretty much mainly wifi. display 68% with it being time on for 1 hour and 48 minutes.
this things pretty much gettign the same battery life as my inc, so i'm happy with that. a 14-15 hour day is what i was expecting and will be easily done i think!
Weeeeeee forty or so straight minutes of use..texts, browsing, music listening...just trying to kill the battery to recalibrate battery left widget...lol gotta love the drop. I just hit ten percent now, at like 13 hours off. Awesome

What are the "Power" settings for your guys? Performance, Normal, or Economy? The phone comes out of the box in Performance mode, but I toggled it to Normal which in turn turned off my sync (how that is normal I have no clue) and who knows what else.

but i think it's a good idea like if you're out and you wanna quickly change power modes.
It is good if you have like 25% left and need a quick way to prolong the battery life. I think it is a good idea because not everyone is an expert on this stuff.
agreed; i'm also interested in checking out that low power sleep mode..seems like a good idea for people who leave it unplugged overnight...just have it turn on a few minutes before your alarm clokc and bam!
id like to see a thread in regards to how long it lasted using constant 4G data with the screen on the whole time.
Constant 4G data would hit a data cap before the battery died I bet.

not anymore than any other phone. I came from the dorid charge, and we talked about the same thing. and before that I was using the Dinc, and again, we talked about the same thing.
Pretty sure we need to start expecting that screens use more power than the rest of the phone.
The same is true on a laptop.
The poster above me is suggesting a 'stress test' of the battery by turning on all its high power usage abilities and then seeing how long it will last. 1 hour, 2 hours.. I did this on the droid charge and it only last 1 hr 45 min
I thought I posted in this thread. I set my settings to Normal instead of Performance. I haven't noticed any lag or any issues. I did notice it turned off LTE, set the WiFi settings back to 15 minute sleep, etc. So I changed those settings to my normal always on, keep the screen brightness low, and have seen ~1/3 better battery life with the same 'play and experiment' usage. Not exactly scientific, but I feel as though I have used it equally on both settings.
First full day of use and I got about 8 hours of battery life. (Heavy Usage) I work in a warehouse alone so I'm always playing music and use my Rezound as an mp3 player.
About 6 total hours of music playback, some faceboook every break or lunch, some twitter and lots of text messaging about 100 txts and about a 15min convo within the 8 hours. (What really killed my battery was the music playback)
Everything was on gps, 4g, auto brightness, auto sync etc.
8hr Shift started with full battery, shift ended with dead phone. Gets the day by, but for those that do not use over 6 hours of music playback, I'm sure you will see about 15hours+ on your device.

Just got the standard Rezound battery for my Thunderbolt 21.80 after discount. I will report usage in a few days after some battery calibration and full charges and discharges. So you can compare this battery on Rezound with a rooted thunderbolt with custom kernel.
On battery 4 hours 50 minutes with the settings I posted above. Normal usage, on 3G/4G 74% remaining.
After 8 hours, 5 of those on 4G while the rest on Wi-Fi. 3 Push email accounts, some Facebook, and web browsing. I'm still at 80% battery life.
Hell I don't know what they did to this phone but I might just return my extended battery as I don't think I'll ever need it based on my light/moderate use throughout the day. Can't wait to see what a debloat/kernel would do to this phone. My Bionic which I had before with a higher capacity battery would be sitting around 40% by now.

That depends on your activity actually. There are 3 main power hogs in this (or any other Android) device:
1. Display Brightness
2. Mobile Data
3. GSM Signal Quality
Small Screen does not matter much, because the pixel count is the same with Arc. it is how bright the back light you set the display in. Mobile data should be turned down if unnecessary. And if the quality of 2G/3G is not good, it will drain your battery too.
For my case, when still stock, my Ray can survive about 1.5 day (texting, browsing for 1 hour a day, brightness at the lowest, no data connection when unneeded). If you use it too much, 12 hour is my best bet. Now after doing some overclocking, it is still the same case, but if i do some intense task (game, browsing large page) the battery might be lasting about 10 hours. If i use it like usual, maybe i can get about 1 day only.
My battery lasts about 15-20 hours, with modest phone usage.
Settings: wifi on, BT on, auto-sync. on, GPS on., data on
Activities per day :
-About 45 minutes phonecalls
-about 5 SMS
-internet activity max. 1 hour (browsing)
I really like this phone, but also I'm a little scared to actually use it as I "see" my battery indicator count down percent by percent while using the phone.
Today I dimmed the display some more, hopefully that helps a bit.

20mins games
2mins calls(if there is anyone to call to)

Hi ,
I am very much satisfied with battery life of this phone... Its the best amongst all the Android phones in world...
I have used several different phones but all gave me less timings...
For me it lasts 22 hrs after
3 hours web browsing
30 min calls
5-6 text messages
Display ON time of about 6 hours
Wifi ON all time
Facebook sync ON
No Data, No GPS
I had HTC Sensation previously and that used to give me half the time i mentioned
I am kinda satisfied with it... If i use it lightly, it sure would do more than 2 days
The first 50% drops quicker than the last 50. .
New battery aka new phone would need a few charge & discharge cycle before it get to optimum performance.
Last weekend I manage to get nearly 2 days of battery life. Of course with minimal usage with WiFi always on, only a few call of the day and about 30 min on internet. Most of the time phone in idle.
FYI, i'm on stock rom

Well, running Cm7 FXP54(? Dont know exactly anymore; the first version with working flash) I get ~24 hours with medium usage (GPS tunerd on but no activity; 20 Minutes Browsing, ~5 Minutes calls, a lot of Whatsapp LED blinking; I would equal the Whatsapp usage with 20 SMS).
At first I wrote and thought low usage... Well I was wrong
I noticed a big improvement after installing easy battery save. It seems that i will be able to have my ray going for 5 days. Until now i was happy to have it going 48 hours
I'm running FXP103.

Poor Ray battery life
I have a new Ray ST18a (american version) with AT&T and running the .62 firmware, and i have very poor battery life. Compared to some of the numbers I've seen in the above thread, I only use my phone moderately:
- 2-3 Hours music,
- maybe 20 text messages a day
- about 10 mins. worth of phone calls
- 30 minutes of web browsing
- bluetooth on (no devices connected) and
- GPS on (though hardly ever use)
and my battery has yet to last 14 hours on a full charge. If I charge to 100% before bedtime, and leave it on overnight, it has decreased about 50% without being 'used' at all - it is only in standby mode. I have noticed that in the battery usage screen - 'Cell Standby' is the dominant user - and it claims to have 'Time Without Signal' up to 50%. I've read in various places that this is a bug, but it is a serious battery drain on my phone. I have an AT&T 3G Microcell in my living room, so I have very good signal strength, and yet it still claims to be without signal upwards of 50% of the time.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Can anyone suggest any other methods of troubleshooting?
I have tried various frequency switching methods (GSM only / WCDMA preferred / auto, and other permutations) - Nothing seems to help. I am wondering if it is a hardware problem, however the phone seems to work just fine, with the exception of battery drain.
Hi all,
fews days ago i bought alg g watch (79€ in France in all Darty)
100% battery at 11:00 this morning,
73% battery at 23:30 this evening
Firmware 5.0.2 stock, stock applications, screen always on set to OFF, fit on, many notification (mail, twitter, fb, pushbullet and so ), and some friends on mine playing with google now at lunch.
This mean 23% for 12h of common usage.
happy. For a first watch, for 79€ only, for same hardware than new flagship (urbane) we still have a very good toy ^^

I personally have to charge mine daily. If you uses 23% in 12 hours, that is pretty good

custom watchface (if you have) drain a lot of battery
Most of the time I only charge mine once every 2 or 3 days, but sometimes I have a very quick battery drain (screen always off, on on rotate, facer/watchmaker)
I have no idea of what causes it (nothing particular in the battery stats).
Ever since I rooted and installed a custom rom on my nexus 6 my LG G watch has been getting much better battery life. It's probably because of the decrease in notifications and less bluetooth disconnections. My watch use to only last till mid day, now at night I have 50% left.

I charge every day, more to have it available for use and not about to turn off when I go out.
But, I too am having fast drain issues. Usually, the trend is perfectly fine, like in the OP, but it will get into a faster drain rate and deplete after a couple to a few hours instead. Today it happened just sitting all day off my wrist. Went from full charge to 6% in 3-4 hours.
The battery will drain a fair amount on the first day of use since things get cached and downloaded from the phone. I easily get through a day with always-on screen on, but lately I have switched to disable always-on screen and tilt to wake so I have a little bit more of a buffer for those days where I am very active.
I just receive it few days ago and it is brand new one.
After full charge why mine G watch only live for 6-7 hours and run out of batt?
I use all stock and upgrade to 5.0.2. I think it should be longer usage.
Any solutions?

screen always on ?
New LG G Watch
Just got it 2 days ago.
I first went through the upgrade to 5.1.1.
I have no custom wear faces on it. I ha it first at always on and then not.
I lost a lot of battery in 3 hours - 90% to 18%. Yes I had notifications on - what is the point if you don't have notifications on.
Please help.
really strange, after flashing 5.1 firware (after full wipe), i lost 2% per hour max.
I'm pretty ok with the battery life on 5.1.1 - haven't use my G Watch for a while now and thought I'd test the new version.
With display always on, notifications on, 50+ apps installed in total, Google Fit running and quite a few custom faces installed (using "Speeds" with time and step counter atm) and my stats show i get almost 30 hours of use.
Testing with display off today. Atm Wear Battery Stats estimates I'll run out of battery tomorrow at 6:20pm and I took it off charger this morning at 6am.
Still nothing stellar, but pretty decent so far.
I use it with display always on.
When on 5.0, It would drain to have about 30-40% after 1 day (from 6:00 to 23:00). Without the "always on", it could manage 3 to 4 days (but that was on 4.4).
On 5.1, it seems to manage to get 50-60% left after one day (again with "always on"). If I forget to charge it, it would be possible to squeeze another day out of it (with some luck).
I did, however had some days (on 5.0) where the watch would get warm and drain itself in 2-4 hours. These were very rare (I always thought these came from an app that got stuck), but in the week before the 5.1 update, I got this three times. I think it was somehow related to the update (maybe an incompatibility in the new Google Play services,...)
My battery life has been stellar on 5.1.1. On the earlier versions, I would be at 40-50% when I got home from work. After the update, I am at 70-75% when I get home.

Battery life is great, but the bad side is that now I often forget to recharge it and today the battery was empty. I can't remember last time I recharged it and the charger is at home.
Damn, i'm complaining because the battery last longer :silly:
something is wrong 3 factory reset later and not bt use and after few hours empty
my battery life decreased dramatically after the 5.1.1 update
After 5.1.1, my watch is lasting much longer. No more battery drain. Happy here!
Likewise, much better battery life and I can turn off FIT to improve it even more.
Hello,
I was wondering how happy you guys are with your S21 battery life?
I used a Huawei P30 Pro before. When going to bed, I usually had 30% battery left.
With my S21, I now usually charge at 7PM. I cannot imagine, that my usage habbits have changed much since - especially since I was unhappy with the battery life from day one.
I did some Analysis:
Idle:
With battery-saver (Samsungs; in Settings) on: 0.73%/h - Not bad, I would say.
With battery-saver (Samsungs; in Settings) off: 1.93%/h -Not good, I would say.
Now, do I want battery-saver on? Not sure... Why did I buy a first-class device when limiting its CPU and refresh rate?
Screen-On:
I know that here, comparing is difficult...
According to battery historian the Screen-On discharge-Rate is 16%/h. That would give me a screen-on time of 6.25h - I am hot sure if this is good.
How is it for you?
What I also notice in battery-historian is, that when switching off battery saver (green bar below) I have significantly more Userspace Wakelocks. Yes, I was also using the phone, but if you observe the yellow marked time around 12-1PM, there are wakelocks without me using the Phone.

Some more Info:
Wakelocks:
In minutes, it is not so much, but in counts... 2500 seems a lot.
Is this normal? Or is there something, I could improve/fix?
Best regards,
Hendrik
I'm not having anything like your experience. I am a US user with Snapdragon in case that matters. You don't mention how much typical daily screen on time you have.
I am sure there are more expert people here to interpret all of your captured data. But I am wondering about fundamentals. Have you already configured:
Battery optimization for all apps that don't require background operation?
"Always on" display?
Display timeout to something minimal? (I set mine to 2 minutes; I can't tolerate anything shorter)
Hello,
that is interesting to hear.
Screen on time is usually around 4h. Then the battery is completely empty.
The 2%/h in "idle" mean already on a day between 7am and 10PM 30%. So, the idle usage is about 1/3 of my drain and thus clearly worth improving. But especially the Screen On drain of about 20%/h is too high, I think. This morning I used the phone for below 2 minutes and the battery was already at 98%.
Regarding Apps in Standby: The phone has put many apps automatically in the list of "APPs in deep standby". I have manually added some.
I have only few Apps never in Standby:
Kalender, Kalendar widget, Telegram, Threema, Whatsapp.
Always on display is off
Display brightness is set to around 50%. Refresch rate is "Adaptive" and Timeout is 2 minutes.
So, I think this is all reasonable.
Any ideas?
Best regards,
Hendrik
Sorry, double post

Hi, AUHD(best on for battery life) or older SW? I have with first beta 5-7h sot, while night when I don't use phone I have 0,2%/h drain, with screen on max 7-9%
Wow, more than Double for me.
What is AUHD?
I have all updates installed.
Software version, if you have latest version there will be something wrong with your phone, try to find apps causing that high consumption. And never put any app to deep sleep or sleep mode, and don't use battery saver. This has for me other effect than lower consumption. These three things I have disabled - wificall, volte and 5g, nothing more.
And on WiFi turned off mobile data, GPS and bt.

In fact you have transformed your S21, you have made a Nokia 3310 now ......
Do not stop the adaptive battery, it is the best innovation from Google that Samsung has included. The I really do not understand your idea of using a smartphone with all these options to cut .........

I have the S21 from the start I have always held 1 day and 18 hours on average with 2 hours of stupidity, and I do not deactivate absolutely anything, gps, WiFi, 5g, Bluetooth, I leave everything on, and it works perfectly ... .... For the adaptive battery to work properly, it needs 7 to 10 days minimum ..... It does not do in a day .... And personally I have had all the galaxies since the 1st galaxy , I got them all. And many fail to configure it correctly. And above all, gave him time to configure himself on energy management.

Whit yours sot I have to charge phone every 8h, 3 times a day, this is not what a customer needs... I see you are fan of Samsung(I was also- S6,7,8,10 and now 21) but comparing to other brands you have sot from 5-11h with no restriction.
For last I will mention android auto, first time in 3 years I see the first device what can manage android auto, so many lags and no interest from Samsung to fix it...
I will also mention the good things because of them I still have s21, display visibility in outdoor, speaker sound, cameras.
Just use power saving mode with 120hz enabled and u will get 5-6h of SOT easily.
Hello,
I have factory reset the device now. I got 6h SOT now (twice of what I achieved before.
No Idea what the reason could be, though.
The only thing that I am not yet using again is Nova Launcher.
Greetings,
Hendrik
I also came from Huawei P30 Pro and I've the impression that I had more battery before.
I've a S21 (Exynos version) and I think SOT is around 3-4h.
Did you let everything in automatic like "smart wifi", 5G, Bluetooth, ... ?
I don't understand questions like this. S21 is basic model and obviously has shortest battery life. If you want a big SoT, open
Battery life tests - GSMArena.com
www.gsmarena.com
customize usage pattern and choose your phone for example S21+. If you have already bought S21, turn on 60 Hz screen, lower the brightness, reduce the processor frequency, turn off unnecessary communications and functions. I'm very happy with battery life for my tasks ))

S21 has a battery of 4000 mAh and a screen of 6.2 inch
S21+ has a battery of 4800 mAh with a screen of 6.7 inch
S21 Ultra has a battery of 5000 mAh with a screen of 6.8 inch.
Ok, S21 has the smallest battery but also the smallest screen.
I let everything in automatic mode like you can see on the attached screenshot.
I don't see the problem if we ask to someone if he let everything in auto or if he plays with Bixby Routine to optimize his smartphone.
I am also happy with this smartphone and its size but when I'm leaving to a place with power, I know that I need to take my power bank even in Batter Saver mode
I also thank you for your link. I can see, according to test result, there is a difference of 7h between S21 and P30 Pro. I don't have this impression

I don't know why in a place without power, for example, an option is needed "Turn on Wi-Fi automaticaly", Wi-Fi is looking for a router all the time.
