Has anyone tried installing watchespn yet? I tried twice and it gives me an error.
"A Network Error has occured. Please reload the application."
any ideas?
Same issue here. Rooted Evo LTE.
I get the app to open. Then it asks me which provider I use. I don't have a account so I can't get further. But if I get further than you the app works on the stock 4.1.2 rom
Working for me on Jamie's 4.3.

So, I decided to flash danutzz's NonSense Fresh rom today. It's awesome except that everytime I try to install Touchdown for Smartphones, I get this error. Everything in the app is functional but everytime I click on something inside the app, this message will appear. Is this a problem with the rom or the app?
I'm running NonSense Fresh v2.0 and ziggy's kernel. Any help would be appreciated. I've looked at other threads in the rest of the forums and it seems like it could be an app problem, but I never had this issue while on stock Sense.
Thanks in advance,

Anyone else having issues with running WiFi tether on Rezound (stock, rooted)? It used to work all the time, then I did a factory data reset, reinstalled (can't remember if it was before or after latest OTA that was installed), and it doesn't work anymore. I have it set to Galaxy S III CDMA/LTE, SSID changed, password set, router fix on...it says:
"Tethering started with errors! Please check 'Show log'."
...then when I turn it off, it says "Unable to start tethering. Is your device 'rooted'?"
Then it says "Your phone is currently in an unknown state - try to reboot!"
Yes, to my knowledge, it's rooted. I rooted before the factory data reset, and it was my understanding that I should be able to do the FDR and not lose root. I tried a battery pull, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, trying it under different settings, and etc. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
Thanks
Chris

When I got it to work you needed the wifi tether app treve mod. I had it set to HTC Rezound.

Just found it and downloaded it...no luck. Does it have to do with Verizon's latest OTA? Did they do something to prevent it?

Not sure about it. I am currently running Viperrez. It might be easier to just switch your rom.
Eventually I'll have to do that. Just too chicken now Just strange that I used to be able to do it and now I can't. I wonder if their latest OTA had something to do with it.

I can't post in the ROM thread so I guess this'll have to do.
Every day I get a notification that says my Gmail can't login to Google. My Gmail is working just fine though, but I keep getting this error. Also in the thread it says it removes bloat, why is it all the ****ty Samsung apps and Verizon apps are still on my phone? I've checked and I am running the ROM and the flashing went fine. Am I supposed to flash the latest gapps? The thread doesn't have the best instructions.
So no one is going to help me? Wtf
Whenever I try to open the play store it just gives me the "No Connection, Retry" error. Even though I either have 4g LTE or Wi-Fi. It started yesterday after using rumrunner and flashing the infection ROM. Before I did any of that I was on the liquid smooth jellybean ROM. Right now I'm on CM 11(I flashed this after infection because I thought it might be a ROM based issue) and have everything working but the play store. I switched to my liquid smooth back up and it was working fine, but I had to flash back to CM because the phone doesn't work on the liquid smooth backup. I'm on the latest firmware and have tried all the fixes I've seen, clearing data, manual time, etc. I saw one person say delete hosts.txt file but I didn't do it. Anyone have a clue as to what's wrong?
So heres my problem...a couple days ago I was deleting some system apps from my S4 to make the phone faster and I was running Eclipse 4.02 at the time...Okay well after I got done deleting the apps I rebooted my phone, everything worked fine for a couple of minutes but then I got a pop up that said "The Process com.android.phone has stopped" and I would hit okay but this diables the data and I have to restart my phone to get data working again...I've tried deleting the Rom from my SD card and redownloading it, I've tried factory reset, and I've also tried flashing a stock md5.tar file in ODIN but it fails at the very end...It will boot but the Wi-Fi doesn't work due to me having to flash gogolies Wi-Fi fix in order to have working Wi-Fi on Eclpise and I still get the "com.android.phone has stopped" issue...the only work around I've found so far is flashing the Google Play Edition Rom this fixes the "com.android.phone" issue but sometimes I won't receive SMS or I will gert them in halves and won't get the others until hours later. I made sure to read the instructions carefully and I am aware of the GPE Rom having issues anyway like MPT connection and Tethering not working but is it possible that somehow I corrupted /system or /system/priv-app or even /system/app? If so is it possible to fix this problem I called Samsung and they said they couldn't do anything about it...but still I would love to use Eclipse again but I can't due to the annoying com.android.phone has stopped issue...If anyone can help or upload the original /system, /system/priv-app, and /system/app that would be great I would just need to know how to install them back because I have no idea...Eclipse is a 4.4.2 Rom and GPE is a 4.4.4 Rom and I'm running baseband NC5 and using stock kernel and I am currently runnin g the GPE Rom to avoid the com.android.phone problem but I don't always receive SMS...any help would be greatly wonderful! Thannks!

I'm really new to XDA but just an update...I fixed it by flashing the NC5.tar again and it actually passed finally I then updated to NK1 so if anyone actually has this problem just repeatedly flash the NC5.tar until it passes I also had to flash the .pit file to return it to factory stock and before I did all this I went into stock recovery (Not Safestrap) and cleared data and cache and then flashed everything through ODIN and it passed and haven't had the problem since
