Best one hands down.
I used Ghost Armor on my evo 4g and just put it on my 3d and love it, much better then zagg (smoother) and they send you 2 of them, and if those get messed up they will send you new ones (you pay shipping on new ones, thats it, but you have to send your used ones back w/ supplied delivery method)

Im using the Zaggs smudge finger print resistant version and i like it.
im using SGP antifingerprint/antiglare
I'm using seidio ultimate screen guard. I had it on my evo 4g and liked it. I had the zagg on my 3vo at first but it was too sticky for me. The seidio screen guard is a lot smoother and goes on easily with no bubbles. I recommend it.
Boxwave crystal screen protectors
And boom goes the Shooter...
I also have the seidio but my experience with the application was far different. I guess its possible I got a bad one but there were specs on the back which became air bubbles which I can't remove. I have installed many screen protectors like this one but never had this much trouble. Unfortunately Seidio doesn't stand behind these.
On my original Evo 3D device I had a Zagg Invisibleshield on it. But, after I got a new phone I tried a screen protector simlar to the one in the ebay ad above. Although the actual screen protector I'm using now covers the entire screen, is really smooth, and came with a plastic clamshell case (that I'm not using).
The screen protector and plastic clamshell case are made by Beyond Cell.
Goodluck with whatever you choose...
had zagg no smudge protector, then switched to zagg regular. Smudge proof protector made screen look a bit cloudy to me. good luck on your search!

SGP Ultra Crystal are my favorite.
I've tried 4 different brands now, each has had it's own drawback.
Cloudy, gritty feeling, not as clear, some were "rubbery", some peeled up on the edges, one even smudged more than the glass.
In the end, I went back to just the plain screen, none were as ever as nice as the plain glass was.
I'll just have to be careful with my screen.
Just don't use the Sprint's store stock screen protector. The regular (glare) one had WAYYY too much reflection that I couldn't see anything. The non-glare one was a lot easier to read however it def. took away the quality of the screen. White seems to have rainbow crystals in them.
I'm also looking for a new screen protector now.
Why use a screen protector? I never get scratches unless i drop it.
Every screen protector ruins the screen quality more then even some small scratches and the glass on the Evo 3d is even stronger than on my Desire witch still looks great after more than a year with no protection at all.
No screenprotect is the way to go. Best feeling and experience

I pulled the zagg off of my Evo 4G for 2 months, and never have had one on my pre launch 3D. Both still have perfect screens. Raw dog is the way to go. They have gorilla glass, its very tough.

Was gonna mention this, the EVO 3d officially has gorilla glass which has a hardness rating of 7 I believe so unless you are always around sand/quartz or anything with a hardness rating above 7 like crushed diamonds all the time then you are fine going naked

In all my years of applying screen protectors I FINALLY got one installed perfectly. First shot! No bubbles, lint, dust...nothing, and it's centered perfectly. This will probably never happen again. Woot!!
The screen protectors I ordered from Amazon arrived today. I ordered the Realook anti-glare screen protectors for the Note. They came in a 2 pack, and cost $15.99 + shipping. I know there are cheaper versions out there, but every time I purchased inexpensove protectors, they ALWAYS had those wavy lines, which drove me bananas. This time, I decided to get more expensive, higher quality ones, and I'm glad I did
One thing I noticed right away with this brand, is the feel. Anti-glare protectors have a smooth feel to them, which is nice, because I can't stand that tacky feel I experience with nakid glass or clear protectors. With this brand however, there is a slight gritty feel to them. You can hear your finger sliding across this protector. The quality is definiately there, just not sure how I like the feel of them. Of anybody else is using this particular brand and type, please chime in.

Gorilla glass is beutiful, but I can't tolerate the glare/reflection one bit. It drives me insane. It would be nice if the mobile field caught up with the optocal field. There is A/R coating technology that works wonderfully with glare/reflection. A simple layer of this inside the display glass would put an end to this common problem.

Just to clarify, I only use anti-glare protectors to cut down on glare and refelction. Otherwise, I wouldn't use them. I'm 100% confident that gorilla glass can withstand everyday use.

Yes, I got that pair and the bubbles weren't bad. I'll put up with the texture to have the anti-glare finish.
If true you got it the 1st try...... then you should play the lottery also !!!
I used Reallook on my Captivate and it went on perfect. Never even used the second one that they give you. Had it on there for 2 years. Just recently took it off once I got my GNote.
Of course I went ahead and ordered the Reallok for the GNote and goofed up on the first one. Second one looks alot better but a few bubbles. The cool thing about these Reallook is that you can take it off, wash it with water, and reapply; which I will do this weekend.
Of course, YMMV

Doesn't the anti-glare make the display look bad though? I had a couple anti-glare protectors and they made the screen a bit ... funky. Hard to explain but the screen went from brilliant to just "meh".
I'd love to see a picture of what it looks like compared to one without the anti-glare.
What exactly is so hard about applying a screen protector?? I'm an absolute novice in regards to doing that, and I've single-handedly applied three Zagg invisiShields to two different phones 100% correctly on the very first try ... some of (if not THE) hardest screen protectors to put on. I don't get why so many people seem to have issues with it.

I wouldn't say it makes it look bad. It does take away from the overall sharpness of the display, but so does reflection/glare. Its an acceptable trade off as far as I'm cincerned.

It's not the application of the protector itself that is difficult, it's getting it on without dust or lint. And with white phones, it can be tricky getting it on straight, because its nearly impossible to see if its straight.

In my experience, I would say applying Zagg's and other similar wet-apply protectors are much easier to apply than standard ones. With the Zagg you can wiggle it around into perfect alignment and really squeegee out all bubbles due to the water between the film and screen. Getting a static cling film to apply without bubbles is hard, and the static cling attracts dust and lint and hair like a magnet.
In regards to the OP, I used Realook protectors on my Captivate, and they were easily the best protectors that I could find. Easy to apply and re-apply. It seems that they are a bit thicker than most films, which gave some stiffness to it, and allowed application without bubbles to be much easier. I have sugested them to other friends, and applied them on their phones for them, and all of my installs have gone perfectly. Any other screen protector brand I have had issues with, but none with the Realook. I may buy some for my Note, although I'm really debating on getting the Glas.T, as that would be awesome if I can get the application perfect.
When I got my phone, I was going to get the $15 pack of Sprint screen protectors: the dry ones I've always used. Except... they were anti-glare and they don't have clear and I don't like the sparkles and reduced resolution of anti-glare or matte screen protectors. So the store talked me into the Zagg. I'm not a fan of the wet-apply screen protectors but thought I'd give it a shot for once. To each their own: some may love them, but I hate this Zagg screen protector and find it almost unusable! Orange peel out the wazoo (I can live with that since it doesn't reduce resolution) but the worst thing is that it's "sticky" like soft rubber. I can't even slide my finger (well) on this thing! Tried cleaning it and no amount of cleaning, washing hands, pressing lighter, etc. fixes it. Sliding my finger feels like I have dried sticky soda on my fingers.
So... being early in the game, has any one found a dry-apply clear screen protector they'd recommend, either from local stores (Best Buy, etc.) or online?
Edit: Maybe I should have posted this in accessories, but thought maybe someone had a solution to the sticky Zagg so I put it here.
Thanks,
Mike
Well i always used the cheapo SP, and i ordered four for $2 from Ebay the other day. Took like 2 days to get to my house. Only thing is, is that it dosen have the cut-out for the proximity sensor, but it functions just fine. Turns off when i make phone calls and everything. Some may not have luck with others that dont have the cutout, but this one works just fine. heres the link. If you want, i can send you one to try out. I have 3 left, and there no way ill use all these. WEnt on super easy and looks good. Lemme know. PM ME if u want. Be glad to mail ya one. Also, the one from Sprint SUCK. they dont even cover the whole phone. Just the screen itself. THey dont even go all the way doesn to the buttons. Unreal

I purchased from a luckeyminky on eBay. It is the type with two step application. First step exposes the sticky side. Smooth out the bubbles. Then remove step two layer. I reccomend cutting the top right cornner . It will get caught and eventually pull the protector off. Also if you get a piece of lint use one piece of scotch tape to life the screen protector another to grab the piece of dust. Did that last night with awesome results.

Not sure if this should go in the Q&A or accessories forum. But I am asking a question, so I will post here and a mod can move it if need be.
My girlfriend and I both have the note. I did not like any of the cases at the AT&T store, so I went with a screen protector for now. She chose a pink backplate with a flip to cover the front of the phone and no screen protector. She ran without screen protector on her evo for a while with no issues, but usually carried it in a holster style case that covered the entire phone when not in use. I generally carry my phone in my front pants pocket with nothing else in the pocket.
I've noticed that her screen looks so much clearer and more vibrant then mine. And while I feel a little scared of not using a screen protector, I am jealous of her screen every time I see it. Now mine doesn't look bad really, hers just looks better.
It got me wondering how everyone else protects their screen. Please vote in the poll and feel free to comment as well.
I Use the flip cover with replacement back. No issues whatsoever. Carry it in front pocket sometimes with change or keys. I Try not to make that a habit though. Only issue i have is the lower left hand corner is starting to tattered a little bit.
Cosmo D from outer space!
I came to rock the human race!
I didn't get a flip case because it won't really protect the phone from slips and falls. Considering that the screen is in the most danger when being used, a flip case will also be useless then.
I would also avoid screen protectors because they generally look like crap.

Naked for the win. I have a tpu case for rough situations, but it's rarely on my phone. I also have the flip cover but don't use it much. Always been a fan of using my phones naked.
As for screen protectors, I've never used them much because the naked glass feels best.I just make sure to give my phones a pocket of their own. I do end up with tiny scratches over time, but not enough to bug me. I also upgrade once a year using family members' upgrades, so not many scratches accumulate anyways.

I'm not worried about breaking the screen, I am worried about scratching the glass. The way my luck works, I could drop my phone 3 feet onto an asphalt parking lot and have the screen not break, but somehow accidentally kick it and send it skidding face down across the parking lot. I use this analogy because I actually did this with a pair of prescription sunglasses lol.
Hey, I've been having this same delema. Bought the att screen protector, which kills quality. Other than the fear of scratching the screen, I hate how much it picks up finger prints. If I could get a protector that didn't pick up fingerprints and kept the clarity of naked, I'd do that for sure.
Also, how tough is it to actually scratch the screen? I know gorilla glass is sometimes really good and sometimes not, depending on the phone.

I came from an iPhone 3GS with an otter box defender, to an ATRIX 4G with an otter box defender...to this beast. I wanted a case to protect it, but didn't like the way it made the phone feel. I also had an issue with the anti-glare screen protector that ATT pushes in their stores, as they SEVERELY decrease image quality on the screens. I ended up going with some very inexpensive (3 for $5) crystal clear protectors from Amazon. 4 months later and i'm still on the first one with just a few tiny scuffs on the protector. My backplate is beat all to hell, but the rest of the phone (i.e, the screen) is mint.
Go naked but just be careful with the spen it can do damage, little scratches.(barely visible)

Same here, except before I put it in my pocket
Day Deal has a screen protector for the DNA, described as Anti Glare, which is great at minimizing finger prints and smudges.
It hides most fingerprints, but if you do get any fingerprints or smudges, a quick wipe on your pants or tee-shirt cleans it right up.
Also, the screen looks very good when the device is turned on.
On the negative side, it IS noticable on your screen, when the screen is turned off.
Also, it doesn't go right up to the edges, but it does cover the touch buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Works well with most covers.
Well, Amazon is fast that's for sure. Ordered the screen protector yesterday with free 2-day and it showed up today. It isn't edge-to-edge, which is a bit disappointing as you have to be extremely precise in aligning it with the screen itself. At least it covers the buttons. A plus about not being edge-to-edge is that there's no interference with my case, so I won't have to worry about bubbling up. Guess this will do until I find a better matte set...

Gosh that was quick! It sounds like it is exactly the same dimensions as the stock ones from vzw. On the sides it just barely covers the screen. But what do you think about it so far? Keeping the fingerprints off good?
Yep, sounds right, this one barely covers the edges of the screen.
I think it's much better than the Zagg I was using in terms of functionality. Keeps fingerprints off relatively well, still get some smears but they come off so much easier than with the Zagg. Plus it feels so much cleaner when swiping...what I was using before made my thumbs feel like they were glued to the screen when I swiped. The only thing I wished is that it was edge-to-edge, but then again, that would probably cause issues with a case.

Sounds better than the stock one lol. Can you please post a link so I know which ones you got? I think I'm gonna try them out.

I know that some people swear by screen protectors but since the invent of gorilla glass 1 there has been no need for it. I don't have any problems with just not using any screen protector at all on this or my last phone that I had for over 2 years and had gorilla glass. I barely have any finger prints ever, just the act of putting it in and out of my pocket cleans it off. Plus I love how smooth the glass is compared to how sticky those protectors feel.

I would just go bare screen but even with gorilla glass people's screens are still getting scratched. I would rather deal with a screen protector than having a scratch on my screen forever.

yeah i have already gotten a scratch on my screen... I had the Skinomi screen protector but my Diztronic case caused it to bubble up at the edges then it folded 2 days after i put it on when i put my phone in my pocket (there was no saving it... lint everywhere) Since then i have not used a screen protector but am definatly interested to see how those anti glare and fingerprint protectors do.

them are the ones i got. good product and i actually like the fact that it doesn't go to the edge of the screen because, the last ones i had the case would cause them to bubble up.

I don't personally care for the matte finish kind of protectors and the screen is anti-glare enough on its own. I got the ones from photodon. MXA with oleophobic option. Crystal clear and once it is lightly washed feels just the the screen without one. Also does not go to the edge so no worry about cases. Btw I got the minisuit flex case on amazon for around $5 and it fits so snuggly I can barely tell it's there.

I just put XtremeGUARD I can say wet apply and fingerprint free looks amazing after it drys for 48hrs. It doesn't leave finger prints like verizon screen protector
