Mine updated to 21085 here in SW Virginia.
Hope somebody backed up the 21083 if we need to go back.
Has anyone made a thread of the various consumer/corporate Sprint PRL's with DL links and put it all together with how to install/switch the PRL's?
- sure would be nice, b/c I don't know a thing about it!

Consider yourself lucky. I'm lucky to get 2Mbps down on Wimax @ the office....and average 3G speed of about 500k on a good day, regardless of PRL. Looks like they're putting some effort into Metro Detroit's towers, because from what I remember, those speeds used to be atrocious.

Just checked and got mine here in Jax. Call me crazy, I know what it stands for and it's for roaming and all, but for the last 10 min. my bars haven't dropped below 2 yet. Before it was always fluctuating. 474 down/523 up. Better than what I was getting previously.

[STOCK][ICS][RUU] RUU_Shooter_ICS_35_S_Sprint_WWE_VM_1.13.652.2.exe

Thanks to BriefMobile.com!
This is the first executable RUU ICS leak for the EVO 3D and possibly the final release. It probably contains a new HBOOT, so make sure you have S-OFF before flashing. This will wipe your data!!
RUU_Shooter_ICS_35_S_Sprint_WWE_VM_1.13.652.2.exe
Mod Edit:
This appears to be an updated VM or hybrid Sprint/VM build with new h-boot. This is not necessarily meant for the Sprint version. IF you want to flash this you do so at your own risk, but please read through the thread first!
super effin' sweet... although it seems pretty much like the leaked VM.
Oooohhhh....I wanna try, but, I'm not gonna be a sacrificial lamb this time around
.... Isn't this the virgin Mobile release from last month?
It's good to always be on the safe side and wait, but we are fairly certain this RUU.exe will not brick your device in any way. Flashing the PG86IMG is much more riskier than using the RUU.exe tool

I think you need to check again. As well this is Sprint and VM built together. From what I understand, when Virgin Mobile releases the EVO 3D it will be launching with ICS.

Ah okay, well just be careful. I see you guys have a fix for the VM firmware though, so shouldn't be too hard to fix
i would think that the Sprint's EVO 3D ICS release would be 3.xx.xx.xx
we can only wait and see if this RUU brings fixes/benefits to current ICS ROMs based on the old leak.
I'll see if I can get the EVO 3D 3.x.x.x builds, but I think this is all that is available :-\
This is Virgin Mobile, just an updated version. Not officially for our phones in place of "VM" it will say "SPCS" for us.

True. However, once a few devs rip this beast apart, there should be some ics roms getting updated... I never had a problem with the cm firmware, however I played tester for a fix unknownforce has been working on... I would try this, but I went through way too much to get my sprint banner and firmware back. Besides, I'll be flashing this phone to cricket soon.

1 thing a never ever understood, even from the HTC Vogue days. Why is it that when you flash anything to a Sprint phone other that isn't a Sprint ROM it'll **** up everything, but when you try flashing a Sprint ROM on top of that it doesn't un**** it? SMH

LOOKS like ICS for us! :) RUU update Jewel 1.08.40.0601_Rv1.27.1401.1_R4

OrDroid 8.2.1. It is 4.2 bsaed. Yea, it displays same as yours when I boot into Bootloader . Sucks really. I got a Nokia Lumia 925 for free through work today! Woo, except for it is barely better with LTE than HTC One is. I am comparing both of them to Nexus 4 and S4 on LTE, both are so much better at handling it. Like I never lose it at my place, nor when I am at my gym, or anywhere else. On Lumia it does have higher signal strength than HTC One, but it still loses signal in same areas sadly. I was hoping this Radio update would have addressed it, maybe there is something else in the firmware file..?

Hmm.. Thanks for uploading, but my girlfriends one with the full new firmware package is definitely getting better reception than mine with just the new radio.

Although I will say mine is holding LTE better now.
Maybe another part of the TMO update was just to make bars seem better?
I definitely have to say that I've never noticed such sizable improvement on a radio update on any other phone [that I've owned] than this one we just got. T-Mo and anyone else involved did a great job. I'm picking up 3 bars LTE in my home were before I would get sporadic and faded LTE service.
