Does it really OC to 1.5 GHz? Or is it 'fake'? There was another kernel for the S5 recently that faked to 2.5 GHz. The author stated it was an accident, but he fixed it/will fix that in a future release
I'm a little skeptical that the V can OC to 1.5, but I know the HTC HD2 can go to that so it's not impossible.
If you are going to fake LTE, perhaps you should make a version that doesnt fake it and to put a warning sign that it's fake if/when you do release it.
OC real

Good work D4!!
and the app it's really small 33KB!!
just suggestions:
1
it's possible to have the stability test in a single option too?
...not linked to the save as safe feature??
2
..to write somewhere the swipe options
just in case of memory loss
thanks

I will do your first suggestion, was already planned, the other one i dont know if is so relevant
It seems my kernel doesn't support over clocking
The sliders are not moving, I guess I will have to replace the kernel. which one do you suggest? I have an Arc S.

Could you tell me your Kernel's name (even better upload a screenshot of about phone in settings)?, also 2 more things, is your phone rooted, and did you allow superUser permissions to simple OC ?
Hi,
I cannot choose any IO schedulers - I have only 'noop' in every governor.
HTC Desire Z here and my kernel is 2.6.35.14-Andromadus-Flinny-v1 (from Andromadus ICS v8 rom).
Any suggestion?
Greets & thx for the app!
can i use this to underclock stock kernel?

Can you upload a screenshot?, that may be because your kernel only supports noop io scheduler.
EDIT: On my stock kernel with no custom io schedulers, the list is reduced, so that does means your kernel only supports Noop scheduler.

EDIT: Yes you can, but with the new version, will release soon. Also, sliders cant be moved if your kernel does not support overclock, but you can setup easily a powersave governor, wich will underclock your cpu
universal?
what devices does this app support? all androids running 2.2+ or just xperia? i would assume that with SetCPU mentioned in the op that it is universal, but wanted to make sure. TIA

My aim is to make it universal and lightweight as hell! ill need support from all devices owners, for now, it should work on any device, anyway please test it. I will release a "more universal" version soon, im talking about 2 days, almost done now.
ok nice app but its been done alread about the exac same thing with NOFRILLS CPU thats out in the market for free and has been out longer and suports more languages . so dont know why this app got recognition on xda while nofrills cpu didnt and its been out longer... if anyone intrested look up nofrills cpu its the same thing ..... ps. im not tolling or hateing just thought id point it out ...

#1
How does GPU Freq. Table control work?
Use arrows to scroll between frequencies position. Select your desired frequency using the Spinner. When you finished editing the frequency table, hit the accept button. Check the "Use Custom Tables" checkbox, then enable GPU OC.
-- If you want to reset to default frequencies, hit the decline ( "X" ) button.
#2
How does Core Disabler work?
Just check amount of cores you want to disable and voila! (This feature is in beta stage ).
#3
Some red text appears telling me that some features are disabled. Why?
Because your kernel does not support that feature.

Prerooted
Massively debloated
Build.prop tweaks
Zram
Init.d scripts
Option to enable swap (in terminal type swapit and follow the setup)

How to flash
Copy the rom to sdcard
Extract boot.img from the zip file and flash it with fastboot
Enter recovery by clicking the volume down key
A factory reset is highly recommended (Factory reset from version 1.4 to 1.5 is necessary)
Then Install zip from sdcard
if the phone gets stuck on boot reinsert the battery and start it again and it should work, idk why this happens
Credits
Pizza_Dox (for turbo script)
Wedgess (for zram enabeler and modules)

Sometimes when you stop recording the app yust crashes and sometimes it dosent save it i am curently trying to fix it new version will be out soon
EDIT:It was the kernel after all, you need to flash the 720p version the down side is that it uses more ram
New version relesed!
This is the best performance ICS rom I've seen for ages!!!!! I can play GTA San Andreas with no FC unlike other roms
Look at those posts on the SA thread here and here to see my review
Also it has a lot of internal space as shown in tthe OP, but for some reason I didn't have that much fre RAM. Anyway rom is smooth as butter. Trubo mode is good for heavy game, but it ruins multitasking, so don't activate it unless you need it.
Rom is awesome, but it will be better if you add some little features which we are really used to:
- notification toggles
- reboot options and screenshot by power button longpress (maybe with xposed framework module)
- battery percentage icon
Camera recording has an autofocus bug. It continously zooms in and out for some reason
This review was done in base of v1 with 720p Lupus ICS beta. Will try the v1.1 ASAP

You have les ram because of 720p kernel version which uses more ram than 480p where video recording dosent work
The notification toggles is something I wanted to add but ot uses 50mb of ram which is alot (i could make a addon zip for it)
The reboot and screenshot will be aded as soon as i learn how to do it without xposed framework and battery percentage is something i will look in to
I have noticeed that the camera can be buggy i will try to fix it as soon as i can.

I know the 720p kernel uses more ram, but its not too much (~20 mb). I mean the sreenshot in OP has 225mb free ram and I only get 150-180 mb free.
Anyway, great rom. And GREAT BATTERY LIFE!!!!! I've been using this rom with a single charge for 3 days now, and thats after playing SA for 30 min daily, Facebook profile checks on browser, a few calls to coordinate new year party and a lot of music playing

i was using this rom as my daily driver for today
bugs:
1-some ui lags that they are all related to ***** android 4.0.3 beta (i think its better to update your rom with a new version like 4.1.b.13)
2-some soft reboots due to my heavy usage(its ok to have this problem. i only had it in gta san andreas that is a very heavy game.)
anything else seems to be fine
but i don't understand why you removed calculator (because it doesn't eat any ram)

great news for us
only a suggestion for your kernel
add custom partition to it like the one that wedgess made for his lupus kernel
I really miss all kernel stuff, especially being the ability to control the clock speeds. Should I just move to another device or is there any Kernel on the way?

But if you download latest kernel aduitor, u could set frequency by big/little and change other things too

If rooted, Greenify and Naptime are good apps.
Also open dev settings turn down animations to .5x and set GPU 2d rendering to on.
As far as kernel settings tho, I'm not sure...I think stock kernel settings are pretty battery friendly.

Battery backup
It's an awesome rom. Very smooth. ROM gave me 2.5-3 hours of SOT (From 100%-0%) as I'm a heavy user and was watching FIFA World Cup online. For nominal use you could squeeze upto 4 hours of battery i think.
Two things i missed one the volume panel shortcut in quick settings (my volume buttons have gone bad) two the hardware key customization.
Thanks for the ROM. Keep up dev.
This ROM have the personalization of Android P in the notifications?
