ok sorry bout that but ive done everything in the wisbar process BUT ...the taskbar in the windows vista theme is WEIRD and by weird i mean the things are just too large for the taskbar so its all kinda smudged...A LIL HELP!

Appologies if this is in the wrong section, but it seemed appropriate here. I don't know how many people on here grew up playing Carmageddon, but I know that it's a game I and many others have held dear for a long, long time.
Currently, I have got it working on my win7 pc, however I am not really experienced in messing with all the .ini commands within dosbox (and I know how notoriously picky it can be). I was wondering, has anyone managed to successfully port it across to the winmo version? Even partially? Obviously DX and openGL will probably not work, as it barely runs on a pc..
If not, does anyone have any advice on how to approach this? Any help would be much appreciated!

But QVGA only and no on screen control , wich make it unplayable on HD2 ...

Wasn't Carmageddon available on the playstation? Maybe FPSECE would be a better approach.

I got that with a few different games and it was always the disc image. I ripped them at a slower speed and they all worked fine.

Why did you buy it if you didnt like it? If you want Android on a handset buy a handset with it on it.
Makes no sense to me to buy something unless you like it.

android users (not all) are like a virus , if it has an ARM processor it has to run android , not even my router is save

i bought the Mozart coz I got it on a deal. I very sceptical about WP7 (though I'm hoping to write some apps for it).
Android looks pretty cool and I've wanted to try it out for some time now. Looks like i'll be stuck with WP7 though :/

I am a bit angry because in all wp7 forums the first what is asked when they can expect android on it , and it are almost all junior members .
they have to read first and then ask/post something .
personal , I hope android will never be ported to wp7 .

There are Windows emulators for Android, AFAIK.
You can also install Windows 95 on your X8, and try it out, but I don´t know if it would work.
Erm... has anyone noticed that Jagged Alliance 2 has been ported to android? You need to install thr game to PC, then rename all files in the data folder to be small characters only, then copy data folder to sdcard, then install JA.apk to phone... then it will work, but the screen is small for the game though (for further info, use google: jagged alliance; android //keywords). So yes, porting PC games could be possible ( not to mention quake 2 and 3, and duke nukem...).

P.S.: Children under 11-12 years old shouldn't even touch a PC, and until 14 they shouldn't type in such forums... you even call your self a programmer...

Ok,the age in programming doesnt matter.i know a guy,who now makes games (he is in college now)
Who started playing with programming when he was 11.messing in q-basic and he slowly learned it.reading books,searching internet etc. And he did it.now,he knows whole c+,directX programming,programming in linux,unix,and other stuff.so dont judge,because everything can be learned.

P.S: I also starting "Programming" at schoolchild, and now , 19 years old i study Civil Engineering and I also know batching, html, php, pascal, fortran, javascript and from CMS: drupal (i also develop an extension for firefox/chrome/opera over the game Gladiatus with up to 16.000 daily users), BUT i still believe that nowadays children use the PC too much. They take a program that makes sth and they call them selves hackers. In 10 years we will have stupid 18 years old boys that where born with a PC, they will not be able to live without one and the only think they will know, is how to open facebook...

guys i knew how to use a pc when i was 4 i was playing age of empires all the time and when i was 6 dad took us boys to his workplace and we played in lan!
funny times my ancient internet could reach the max of 3,5kb/s download speed
and i played a lot safrosoft rox.. when i was 7 i made about 120 maps with friend and they all were awsome...coudnt do it now...imagination doesnt work so well

hurm,, for those who say that thing to me,, sorry.. now i'm try to involve with android because i'm now in process to learn more in more about java.. for my last sem in my university,, i make a simple antivirus and now,, i'm try to make research about android and artificial intelligence.. AI is quite difficult.. i hope i can make it for android although i know android already have it.. sorry if i make you all angry with me.. and know,, i'm being involved in rom developing port from cm7 nightly.. but i need to test it more and more until my rom is sure stable.. and i can't post it because i'm a new user in this forum,, i can't post in android development... i think you all think that i work in big company.. but i work with my team to develop some project.. some of company will tell us to create some program for their use,, then we try to create it..

you can use AFAIK but i think game it not compatible at all because system different type of hardware not compatible at all.. you can use it if you want to try it... but for more compatible,, xda or other need to develop it in android system.. or you need programmer who master in java.. or C and C++ programmer can create it now because android program now can create by using C or C++ using NDK...
