Hi I'm currently in search of a good keyboard to try because I'm using better keyboard but I see that it needs a lot of space to run and I want something more efficient. Any ideas?

Its easy to use and looks great
There are also some themed htc_ime's they look quite cool

I use the the Vlingo keyboard and it works fine. Good response and sensitivity.
I just got the themed HTC IME and its very good, great response and very customizable

i've got the modded HTC_Ime keyboard and it's pretty awesome
I find the gingerbread keyboard quite smooth and responsive.

Given Swype a try? I can type full sentences in seconds with one hand. You basically draw the words on the keyboard.

Yes I have tried it but its not a keyboard I will always use. It's very efficient though

I have it set up to use swype in portrait and HTC_mod in landscape. Works really well for me.

+1 for this keyboard best one ive used and ive tried them all.
it's all down to personal taste though.
I was looking at the new HTC Sensation phone in t-mobile and I really like the lockscreen. I was wondering if anyone has ported or have made it into a theme or something? I would really like that lockscreen on my samsung vibrant

I just finally got back to this thread lol jesus im late x_x. You know I always hear of the term "miui" but I never really looked into it..a very noobish question I'm sure but at least i'll learn..what is miui? If I can get a link to it or a description I'll definitely try it out and get that lockscreen )
EDIT: Nevermind, I searched and read up all on miui..it really looks cool but I'll have to research a little more before maybe jumping ship from bionix. I mean it would really all be just for the lockscreen, but thank you for the help guys!
Actually there's a lock on the market that looks alot like the sensation lockscreen.its called agile lock I believe? Check it out

We have unofficial ports of CyanogenMOD, MiUI lookalikes, Incredibly stable barebones roms like Ice Cream Sunday, Sony Ericsson based GingerCruzt. But to answer your question,no Sense roms. Yet.

yes there is but if you want htc sense on your phone ... all the files you need are in total 75.52 MB its huge
and then it needs to be modded so also some extra sizes

i found alot of these from friends and research most of these work with smartkeyboard pro app.......make a folder in sd card called "skins" and put the zip in skin folder...
here are the zips keyboard themes,,,make a folder name "skins" and place in sd card....dont open the zip files..

ok i tested the halo theme you wanted in market,, actually it works in smart key board pro,,just install the apk,,it will auto automatically show up when selecting a theme,,i show ya a pic,,and heres the apk....

There is rom in dev area called beauty sense.
It must be a skinned cyanogen mod. But it looks good.
