I really only need phone, contacts, browser, SMS or handcent, and gmail. Perhaps something like posted below (the 2nd half), maybe not as dark. Is anyone running something like this?
Not the icons you posted but are black and blue, hope you like.
Thanks. Im really looking for ones without borders, like the originals. Any ideas?

AKDMA: I have those exact icons. They are from ICS Domination for the GSII. You can donate to Vertumus and he will send you Soul Bound (i.e. those icons) as a thank you.
OR
You can PM me and I will give you a couple of them. I donated a good amount to him so I hope he doesn't mind.

that's awesome looking, it has a retarded amount of features and ways to modify the layout, it's gonna be a sick launcher.
This is gonna blow my mind on the Note. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the heads up, I'm really looking for a launcher to do separate portrait and landscape modes, I've heard of Sweeter Home 2 or ssLauncher, but really was hoping for a well know launcher to support this, any ideas?
Has anyone seen this thing work as a launcher? The video showed lots of set up stuff. With all the features and animation it might be laggy. I guess we'll see next week.
This is good code, wish it was out now. Will definately purchase.

i bet this will be a huge battery intensive launcher although I do admit it does look pretty cool.
So the website is down now. Maybe to prepare for the launch?
Yeah, website not working for launch day. Oh well. Nothing really new but this launcher sure gives you everything in one package. Wow! It would be nice to take a look at it.
it will not come out until tonight stated on their blog so that might be this afternoon for us!
It's up for sale. $16.80!!!!
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.tsf.shell
yeah I dont know if I will be spending that on this... it has to be more resource intensive than the standard TWLauncher. if not I would be surprised.....

Np guys
im almost done with retheming this skin for more blue
Also with redoing the colors in notification bar n buttons n stuff.. i just dont know how to make it flashable in recovery:-\
Skin doesnt need flashing. System ui and framworkres n resourses do unless yu want to manually push em to the folders they belong in
Just a Q... Is it possible to theme the Launcher background to transparent but have a thin blue line across the top to make it look like AOSP? Because that would be SICK!

Yeah lol, i hate the build quality of the phone now that ive had it for a while. at first i loved it. its just uncomfortable to hold without a case. i do love the camera though. and i dislike the weight of the device, whenever i run with it in my pocket it literally makes my gym shorts fall down lmao, also the lcd panel.. ICS is full of blacks, and this LCD panel sucks at displaying blacks. thats pretty much it though
ive had soo many htc phones. i just kind of want something new
ill enjoy it while i can though, until i can get my hands on the Asus padfone that phone looks amazing.
on topic, wouldnt the settings be in white with the theme? lol

Good question! That is from their television advertisement. You would think it would be an obvious feature.
Perhaps with this upgrade to Samsung S-apps?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvH6vbhOs6Y&feature=youtube_gdata_player
I think everyone who bought a Note asked themselves the very same question. The S apps in the commercial seem to be quite a bit better than what they actually delivered.

Yeah, but I'm not putting much faith in that, since its been demoed and on commercials forever.
I had good luck with groupboard. Just go to the demo board. Go to connect then find boards, then who's on. It has chat and seems to be fairly real time. Only issue is to change drawing options have to go to separate tab. Also doesn't seem to support pressure or have nice brushes.
I think you can make your own board for up to five people for free. Notice the progression on the demo board lol!

Used to be a great Craigslist app. Notified you when something matched one of your searches. Seems the developer is no more or isn't developing. I still use it as it's the best app out there. Problem now is that it only displays pictures. No text. Wondering if any devs know anything or if anyone knows of a good alternative.
Thanks!
Don't know of an app but ifttt.com can send you emails of all new matches for your searches. I've used it many times, works really well.

Yeah, or it'll show sum Txt, but not all. I've trained hubby to just click on the peace sign to go directly to the online ad. It's the notification that matters. So, we have to work around it, I guess....

I liked your opinions, they were helpful. The only critcism I would say is your camera angle and view. Maybe you should have a brief into looking at you, then after your intro flip your angle to the phone and show demo's of features of what you like on the phone itself. Typically when I watch reviews I want to see the product. Just waving it around didnt do it for me, but I liked your thoughts and opinions.

I really like this review and I didn't mind that you added the bit about you being a blue collar worker and you wanted to look at the phone with a bit of that perspective. I thought that was a good addition to add. The only thing was a lot of "umm" here and there when you were trying to get a point across. I like that it had a more informal style and it sounded like it really came straight from what you were thinking there and not scripted and very formal. But becoming more confident and getting over the nervousness will really make it a lot better because when your nervous and using "umm" a lot, it makes it sound like you aren't too sure of yourself. I liked the video and subscribed because I think you got potential and I liked the style. Hopefully you'll do some more reviews of stuff and maybe even go over individual features you like about the One. Would be a good way to get more practice. Keep up the good work dude!

it's pretty
it's very helpful:good:
Heres a few tips.
You tried to give the viewer a diffrent real world perspective from your point of view.
1. You mention blue collar and im a welder etc.
Suggestion. How the htc one holds up well on the job. Beign a welder myself battery life etc etc is very important. And you can site more examples like importance of it in remote locations etc. Where my job takes me etc a Real world outdoor experiance with the htc one.
People dont need to hear/know blue collar etc. And office job etc.
What you can do is spin it in that sense. Not only like does it connect the user with a scenario but it highlights the devices strengths.
2. The method your speaking etc is just like the way you'd speak to a friend. You can use this style just need to refine it more.
Ill keep pondering and update.
