I don't know where to get the stock Rogers b/a, but when you find it paste it into sys/media. Rename the other to .bak.
Stay thirsty my friends

copy your bootanimation.zip file to /system/media/sanim.zip
where sanim.zip is the new file name.

iam a ddkq5 rooted user and i enabled crt animation, but my boot animation had gone. when i tried to enable a custom boot animation i faced a bootloop(means custom boot remained there and no letting you get into the main menu). so one user had wrote its only for deodexed and not for odex. i have a question. is there anyway to get a custom boot animation on my rooted stock firmware ? pls help someone.
What method did you use to enable the lock screen animation??

If you are not deodexed, don't try anything funny.

It's not CWM, but here's an .img file. Really easy to install with moto-fastboot.
If I flash this can I apply themes to it?

More or less stock, Deodexed. You will have to reflash whatever .sbf you used to unlock the boot loader, and re-flash recovery all after install.

I haven't flashed any personally, only the mods in my signature. Haven't run into any major issues yet. Give it a shot, you can always flash a backup if it doesn't work out. Good luck!
Is it possible to extract the ROM from the stock firmware? In particular..
I9100PBVLP6_I9100PORALP7_ORA.zip
or has anybody already done this?

No, I want to be able to flash the ROM as you would a custom ROM from CWM
I am currently trying the dual boot function in Siyah and wanted to use the stock ROM as a primary ROM. I have cloned my primary ROM (Dragon ICS 2.4) to secondary and wanted to have the stock Orange ROM as primary.

ok, this the way that i said
get your own stock rom, use kitchen to do that(search in xda, there's a lot of guide, choose what you want)
go to the recovery and backup your current rom,
~cooking at Kitchen, like deodex and others things
~ and make your rom flashable,
~ reflash it
and sorry, that's all that i can explain to you
